Hotel extremamente bem localizado! Muito próximo a Beach avenue e downtown! Além de estar bem próximo dos museus de Fine Art e Dali. Quarto foi modernizado é a limpeza e bem razoável também! Entretanto o quarto é pequeno e o hotel está próximo a uma obra, então logo cedo há barulho.... Se não fosse por isso, certamente ficaria aqui novamente!

Um hotel médio apesar de estar localizado em um prédio histórico (inaugurado em 1922) e perfeitamente preservado. Poderia ser mais aconchegante principalmente, se houvesse um serviço de desodorização dos carpetes do corredor que assustam um pouco o hóspede na chegada pelo "perfume" que exalam. Tem um bom serviço de recepção, possui em anexo um restaurante de comida peruana (cevicheria), um bar com boa carta de bebidas, porém não dispõe de estacionamento no local, devendo o hóspede deixar seu veículo em um edifício de estacionamento no outro lado da quadra.

Great location, room was clean, and the two bedroom was great to have two separate rooms and bathrooms…however showers never got hot, bar downstairs not quiet so don’t try to sleep, and when you think boutique hotel, think tiny space in the bathroom.

Rude owner did not help dog issue

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend. The hotel was nice and in a great location, but during our second night, a dog in the room across the hall started barking loudly at around 2:00 in the morning and woke us up. It kept barking for at least an hour. Since dogs are not allowed, I went to the front desk to address the issue. The man at the desk (Lee, who said he was one of the owners), said that there was no one in the room and nothing he could do about it until they got back. He did not offer to call the person renting the room or anything. I asked if we could change rooms but there were no rooms available, so I asked for a refund, and he responded rudely that if we left in the next 10 minutes we could get a refund for that night. I questioned why we only got 10 minutes to pack our things and leave in the middle of the night due to another guest's problem, and he replied that "that was the policy." I brought up the policy that dogs were not allowed and he mentioned that it might be a service dog and that they were not allowed to ask if dogs were service dogs when guests brought them, that it was a federal crime to do this. This is incorrect--the ADA allows proprietors to ask if a dog is a service dog. In either case, either the hotel allowed a dog in violation of its policy against pets, or there was a service dog that was barking and the hotel was ignoring it. If the hotel thought it was a service dog, the front desk should have attempted to contact the dog's owner to see if the owner was in the room having an emergency that was making the dog bark. Either way, the hotel either ignored a potential emergency of one of its guests, or ignored the fact that a dog that shouldn't have been allowed was causing problems for other guests. Lee was very rude to me and my wife over the entire situation and we will not be returning. I highly recommend looking for other hotels in St. Pete if you stay here--there are many that would be better than this.

Actually smells like urine and puke

This place is beyond run-down. The elevator smells like puke and piss, the hallways smell moldy, and the rooms are beat-up and gross. Carpeting and upholstery is frayed, hardwood floors are sticky, and every wall finish is chipped, dinged, or broken. Graffiti in the elevator!
