A quick trip to catch a baseball game

We came here for a baseball game vs MSU and this hotel us located very close to campus and to the staduim. Staff was very welcoming and we were helped throughout the stay. Free breakfast was fresh and pretty good options. There is a Walk In bar and restaurant right next door walking distance so it was very helpful to grab some bar food and drinks If we are ever in Starkvile MS I we will return for sure.

Noise and room not very clean

Room above us must have had kids jumping from 11pm-4am off and on. Tried to report to front desk twice no answer either time. All of our towels had hair in them. The lotion had been used and has on sides.

Not sure that I’d stay again…

Staff is so nice and friendly! The room was definitely lacking, there was a patch on the ceiling above one of the beds I guess from a leak from room above. I felt like the beds were too firm and the bathroom paint was peeling off the walls…maybe from too much moisture? And the breakfast….I don’t think there was even eggs….we ended up going out…. I don’t know how the other hotels are in the area but this one needs some work….

Exceptional experience

We enjoyed this hotel so much we decided to spend another night. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Debbie and Carol at the front desk were a delight. Both recommended places to eat that were good. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was good but it sat up so high it was hard for me to get into. I am 5'3". Once in, it was very comfortable. Room was quiet. Close to the university and activities.

Great accomodation for an overnight stay

We've stayed at this property before and enjoyed our stay so we came back and it did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ample, adequate, and tasty (standard continental but they had grits!). The best part for me was the gym--one of the best I equipped I've seen.
