the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life

do not waste your money for staying in this trash, bad smell, bad receptions, bad rooms, what else make people go away from this hotel is the laying smile that I saw on the face of the reception girl.

Don't stay here if you have standards. They didn't explain anything to us when we checked in. I had to call for a quite a few things. The receptionist gave me a dirty look just for asking for clean towels & a few other things that should be given when housekeeping comes. Housekeeping doesn't come & change the sheets or clean the room until after you check out. Who thought of that? A room gets dirty when you don't have the equipment to clean it. Provide it if this is how it's gonna be from now on. There were no instructions on how to operate the TV and the washing machines. The pool was not clean at all. It had dead bugs & debri in it. It was practically begging to be cleaned but the staff here does the bare minimum. They do not take initiative at all. The Hyatt brand to me is about affordable luxury. This hotel is not that at all. The guests are an afterthought.

The staff is amazing. The building is solid, very quiet and very clean. I stay here once a week and will keep coming back. Breakfast Buffet is so plentiful and has everything. It's the staff that makes me keep coming back.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay close to the airport this is your place. From on site laundry, gym, and pool this property is what you’re looking for. I do business near the airport and this is my go to spot.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for extended stays. The service is great, breakfast is better than most, good location to the NOVA area and close to airport. I have noticed at the last couple of stays that the carpets are getting worn and need replaced. Pool has not been open and that is disappointing. I hope the management listens to recommendations and gets the carpets replaced it will make a huge difference.
