Quality awards 10+ years ago and it shows. Needs some updates and just overall fixed up. Our room had a strange smell and the mini fridge was completely removed from the room so we couldn't save our dinner leftovers. It was significantly cheaper than the other options ($50 vs $100) and a functional place to sleep though.

no breakfast served although it was advertised as being included. said it was a covid thing although every other hotel we stayed at on our trip offered breakfast with no problems. other than that the hotel was fine

This was my 8yr old son's first hotel visit. The mngr(Jim) and staff( Britney/Jessica etc,, made sure our overnight was extra-nice. So much so we booked the suite for the rest of the month. Above & beyond.

Mellisa and Jim are the best and very caring professional hard working people who go above and beyond to make it ur most pleasant stay ever!!! They also have a new girl named Lindsey who is shadowing them in all the beat ways and the all 3 make u feel at home...

How many tries to get a clean room.

We reserved two rooms for one night. The room for our kids was fine but getting checked in to our room was an adventure. First the key didn't work so went back to get a new key. It worked but the room was either occupied or hadn't been cleaned. All the lights were on and neither bed was made and a water bottle on the nightstand. Went back for another room. This room was dark but neither bed was made. Room number three was ok.
