O Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook é um ótimo hotel pra quem procura conforto e bom atendimento em Stonyy Brook. Apesar do preço não tão barato (porque é o Hilton), ele possui instalações de ótimas qualidades e uma localização excelente. Recomendo.

Uma boa opção para quem visita a Stony Brook University. É um excelente hotel, com instalações novas e serviços de qualidade. A localização é bastante conveniente, em especial para quem vai ao Hospital Universitário. Não é exatamente barato (principalmente para estudantes), mas o custo benefício é justo.

If you are having a wedding in the area, find a different hotel for your guests as this facility was not very accommodating. They put the guests throughout the hotel instead of in a block on the same floor as promised!

Noisy and in need of updates

I was very disappointed in my recent stay. I tried to use the contactless check-in, but I was still required to check in at the front desk to activate my digital key. As I was waiting on line, a large group of children came into the lobby, yelling & running around. I asked the front desk staff if they could put me on a floor that didn’t have all the children on it. When I got into my room, another couple that checked in right after me was assigned the same room & only because housekeeping saw me enter the room prevented them from coming into my room. The room itself is in need of updates, the air conditioning unit was very noisy. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable but it’s very poorly sound proofed, you can hear people walking in the room above you & the noise from the hallway is fairly loud. I was woken up early in the morning by multiple kids running up & down the halls playing for several hours without any intervention from their parents. I ended up checking out early so that I could go home and get some sleep. I would not stay here again.

This place is extremely well maintained, super clean, awesome beds, quiet, and great staff all over! The bar tender was quite enjoyable, great food too! A very nice experience overall! We were there for business at the NYS DEC.
