a melhor opção!
A cidade é linda.
Gross hotel
This was awful from check in. No one actually works at the desk. If you need something, even to get in, you must call. Rooms are gross. Worn out, dingy, tiniest room ever. Embarrassed to even have said that we stayed there. Paint scheme was yellow and purple. Bathroom missing floor tiles, yellowing bath tub. Paint chipping everywhere. Water stains on ceiling. People actually live here as well. Ran into people that stay here full time in the hall way. We had to body slam the stuck door to get in/out of the room. I would never stay here again. So disappointed. We asked about an upgrade when they brought us ice and towels and he laughed and left.
What a dump.
Where do I begin. Staff seems nice but the hotel room was awful. Peeling paint...toilet blocked, sink had taps you couldn't put a toothbrush under...and it was blocked...no side light...tv was broken. Not even a one star. I've travelled and stayed in a couple of rather basic hotels but this one is really bad
Wonderful location BUT...Caveat emptor!!!
Terrific location. We could walk to town, to our favorite restaurants, and to all the theaters except Festival Hall. That said, staying at the Windsor Hotel was a dismal and depressing experience. To call it austere would be an understatement! Our room had two double beds and both had old sagging mattresses. There was no daily housekeeping. The TV didn't work; there was no clock or radio; the AC worked but it was very loud and if we closed the drapes at night it would block the AC rendering it useless; there was no place to sit as there was no chair. The bathroom was very small and the shower was tiny; there were no amenities of any kind in the bathroom, not even a bar of soap! Bathroom tiles were cracked and mismatched and some were missing or falling off. It was creepy. Instead of a closet there was a rack above a Salvation Army-style chest of drawers so nothing could hang freely. I seriously considered bailing out and going elsewhere but most of the better places were filled. A serious infusion of capital could transform this place into the premier venue in Stratford but as it is I'll never stay there again and I discourage others from this quite unsuitable place.
