Hi i have loved my stay here. Hotel General Manager Terriko Rachell is super awesome and she is very kind to customers. She understands their needs and prioritize to help. i had interacted with her three times in my long stay and all the time i had beautiful experience. Thank you Terriko , because of your good hospitality my stay here is wonderful

I'm not really understanding some of the bad reviews here..my family and I have been staying at this place for a couple of weeks now and while we can't wait to get back into our home the stay has been a God Send for us in many ways. While not a 5 star luxury hotel, the staff makes every effort to accommodate any request you make. Whether it's midnight and you randomly need toilet paper or sugar they make it happen. I've literally been to the front desk with multiple requests in a single day and no one seemed the least bit bothered. Terry and her staff go out of their way to speak to us, play with the kids and make us all feel right at home. The rooms are clean and cozy. They even offer a cleaning service on a regular basis for those who need it beyond the already scheduled weekly touch ups. It's safe, it's quiet and you can almost forget that it's not technically home. I suppose you can't please everyone, but my family and I are certainly pleased.

I came here for vacation for five nights. The first room I went into the TV was broken. I let the front desk know and they moved me to another room. The new room had a weird Smell. There were no dishes or cooking utensils in the room. I went to get fresh towels and the utensils and I was told that there weren't any. I never heard anything until the next day when I went back down to try to get the towels and dishes. I also asked if someone could come clean my room and I was told that they only cleaned the room 1 a week but if you weren't here for a week they wouldn't clean your room. I got linens and changed my own bed. I used supplies of the housekeeping cart to clean my room MYSELF!!! MY last night here(This just happened) I got up to use the bathroom and I seen a roach crawling on the wall. I definitely will NOT be staying here ever again. Ashley Buckley
I've stayed here over two week's the first rm had roaches in it. The second rm there's electrical issues called the front desk and was told it'll be until Monday today before maintenance could come fix it I'm still waiting and don't bother the night shift they are lazy and won't get NOTHING for you... Unacceptable the price pd for a week there's NO EXCUSE in having to worry about a electrical issue and BREAKFAST is poor coffee and muffins all they offer here don't expect moor not even any kind of juices here

breakfast was not provided inspite of having paid for it. Reception said that they have nothnig for next 7 days. Complained to Extended Stay and registered for refund. Nothing so far. Rock bottom below basic services.
