Nasty and charged additional money....

I knew the place wasn't all that because of all the bad reviews, but I was there for a fishing tournament so figured it'd be ok for a couple days. The owner /management obliviously doesn't care about reviews. I ended up checking out a day earlier than expected and was ASSURED by the lady clerk that it was BEFORE 1pm, their normal late check out time, the hotel was empty and that they would refund me for the last night. That did not happen, after several calls the "owners" could care less about honoring what their employee said. I'd stay in my car before staying there.

This was my first time there and I will go back . It was a good location . It was easy to find . The staff was very courtesis and knew the area. The parking lot was ample with enough spaces .I liked the rooms and cleanliness of the hotel .

Usually in the choice hotels group econolodge in not ourfirst preference when travelling but this lication was perfectly located in the reght place where we needed to be. We had to check early and leave early . so it was perfect .

Easy to get from motel to hospitals.shouldn't tell people who answer with amount to write.it was clean and better than we expected.great food. Nice and quite felt secure. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Everything was perfect.

DISGUSTING!!

Made the reservation @ Choicehotels.com asked for a smoke free, handicapped room. Went in the room and it stunk horribly of stale smoke and some kind of deodorizer trying to cover the smell, made me sick to my stomach. I NEED an non-smoking room as I have asthma. I also need a handicapped room with tall toilet as I've had 5 hip replacements. The room had no tall toilet. We had to leave. Called Choice Hotels they told me I had to go thru the hotel to get my refund. NEVER ever heard from the hotel. Had to go thru Choice Hotels to get my refund. Owners are crooks. ONLY redeeming part was Ms. Samantha who was very polite and understanding and di try to give us a different room but it was the same, disgusting smell no handicapped bathroom.
