Very reccommended hotel, clean, cheap and good location at the center of surabaya. Easy to find a culinary in surabaya and some nice place to visit You can walk and enjoy the center of surabaya when you stay at this hotel

Fake Bruschetta

The view was beautiful, and the staffs were friendly, especially Linda who was very helpful. We ordered Bruschetta and mushroom soup as a starter. Then cocktail and fresh juice. We feel like we got scammed, as the Bruschetta doesn't look or taste like a real Bruschetta. Even in the menu book, they put real Bruschetta picture. It's far away from Bruschetta, it was only small pieces of toast topped with iceberg lettuce and mayo then a small slice of cherry tomato. When we talked with the manager, he said that is the Bruschetta standard in the hotel. I was like, dude.... It's 4 star hotel. It's not even using French bread 😂 . Why can't you name it mini toast or canape? The mushroom soup was too salty for both of us, the cocktail was far away from the one we ordered in different places before. Overall, the sky lounge of this hotel is too PRICEY considering the quality of their food. We have spent Rp. 350.000 for fake Bruschetta, mushroom soup, a cocktail and 2 fresh juices. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. Unless you just want to get a nice sunset view but only order mineral water.

what a fine dinner we got here, everything just fine. one little thing that makes perfect while I've been there, it's the people, specially that waiter named EFENDI, friendly nice guy and my wife agreed with that.

It was great stay here. The room was clean with full window(city view) and staff very friendly. The breakfast was good combination. Skylounge also amazing with live music. So, we are happy and will back again❤️
