Limpeza péssima!

O apartamento tem um tamanho bom, peguei um com 3 quartos para três pessoas, mas para que oferecer tanto espaço se não faz a limpeza! Solicitamos limpeza a recepção, que nos informou que não tem limpeza, apenas troca de toalhas! Um absurdo!

Friendly, accomodating staff. On site facilities - gym, pools, internet lounge. Easy access to building. Supermarket, Pharmacy, Liquor Store and Restaurants at hand. Fresh, modern, comfortable apartment with great views. Easy walk to beach through tourist strip. An enjoyable experience to be repeated and recommended.

Check in was with Brian at reception he was so nice couldn’t do enough. Room had partial sea view even though it was stated ocean view on bookings. Dishwasher wasn’t working. Water pressure was weak. Carapace extremely tight. Checkout was terrible the ladies at the reception were permissive and condescending especially when I told them I didn’t get a second room key. I used the f word stating it to the key after o was told my bond would be affected and not told a price. When I found the second key in the bottom of my car I took it back and apologised and both women didn’t even acknowledge me. It was stressful and very unprofessional no communication and problem management skills. Definitely won’t be returning.

Seamless Visit

We stayed in an ocean view apartment with spa bath which was in the North building. The reception is in the south building but it’s an easy walk across from ground floor or 4th floor connecting bridge. The room was wonderful- super clean and well maintained. Kitchen facilities beyond demand. Balcony access directly from bedroom or also lounge with also outdoor furniture. The building is a few blocks back from the ocean so the view is partially obstructed by other high rise buildings but still quite decent. Can see the light rail going by which is a little thrill. The pool attached to our building was closed for maintenance, we didn’t plan on swimming anyway. Location is convenient to caville avenue, short walk through the mall to the beach, countless restaurants and bars close by, a supermarket directly below, but shuts at 9pm. They held out luggage in a secure room for a few hours on arrrival noon. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. There is a taxi calling button in the lobby which worked very quickly for us when it was time to check out. Super spacious! Free parking space is offered.

Unwanted guests in the bedroom

Hi Senny Thank you for your response however simply addressing the issue buythanking me for my feedback I find inadequate, my Accor membership cost around $400 and the room for the night was $450. During the night I felt one bug crawling over my arm when I was settling down to sleep and simply squashed it and went to sleep thinking it was a one off as I’m from the Gold Coast and know bugs are around. Though I was more annoyed in the morning when there were several bugs throughout the bed, and the more I looked the more I found. So bringing to your attention sooner was not something that was possible and the fact that no one had noticed bugs crawling over the bedding and noted it makes me wonder what checks your housekeeping perform when servicing the rooms, or is it that they are required to have rooms serviced in a short time that these checks are not possible. I can only think of one other time I’ve had a problem for years, but not like this, After the bugs in the morning I removed one side of the bedding which also revealed several stains on the mattress below. Your comment that the room is occupied is horrific and that you don’t feel the need to move the next guest into another room, even your own advice to me was to seek medical attention but your willing to leave someone else in the bed and hope they don't notice the issue, or alarm the next guest by bringing anything to their attention that there maybe a issue with the room. Your the assistant Manager? Though some kind of good will gesture or compensation for something that is well below what I would expect from any hotel chain part of the Accor group, I will not be choosing to stay with your particular hotel in the future and will definitely think seriously before booking with any mantra hotel.
