This location is right off Rt. I-81. It is very convenient. The greeting we received was very welcoming by Josh, Sales Director and Cocoa front desk clerk. The room was extremely clean and the furniture was in good condition. The layout of the room was very comfortable. And the bed was excellent. Josh was very friendly and wanted to be sure we were comfortable even for just our one night stay. This was our first time at a Home2 Suite and we were very pleased. We will make this our go to hotel when doing travel on trips back and forth to Florida.

Room and room service was good but does not have anything in breakfast once reach over there @9:15. Rating for dining is 0.location was ok as near highway but Hershey was a little far as we went for Hershey.

I requested weeks in advance for a room NOT near the elevator or an ice machine and ended up exactly across the hall from just that. No insulation and lots of noise. Was wakened all night by people hanging out by the elevators. Asked to move upon checkin and staff just mumbled they were busy.

Very nice Suite. Pull out sofa was comfortable to sit and relax on. Bed was soft. Pillows as well. Bathroom was spacious. Shower had good water pressure and super hot water if that’s what you are looking for. (507) Room was quite. Faces the highway. Nice kitchen wear to serve my family with. Gym was setup for room to work out without being cramped. Indoor pool was nice. Just a little cold (November) breakfast was ok. Plenty of choices and plentiful. Staff was very helpful and quick to get you setup and in your room

Insanely Noisy

Location seemed ideal for an overnight stop while traveling on I-81. Wrong. The building overlooks the road and all we could hear for hours (until we collapsed from exhaustion) was 18-wheelers’ engines as they pushed to get uphill. Oh, that and the clunk-clunk-clunk of trucks as they hit expansion joints on the highway surface or something. My house is in an urban neighborhood with a major airport not far away, and it’s quieter than this place. I’ve traveled everywhere for work and pleasure, and this hotel had the worst traffic noise of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was lovely and our room was okay, but what’s the point of a hotel where you can’t sleep? Will never ever stay here again.
