Excellent short stay close to Syracusa!

We went here because we wanted to have a nice Syracusa experience. The B&B is about 10 minutes drive from the city. We had the studio downstairs. Sparkly clean, airconditioned, and very quiet, also a huge double bed! Lucina is an excellent host who prepares a delicious breakfast consisting of bread, homegrown vegetables, egg and several sweet dishes. Altough our Italian is really bad, communication was not a problem! Beautiful garden as well, where you can relax after a day of sightseeing! The only tip I can give is, the WiFi had poor reception from our studio, maybe you can strengthen the signal somewhat with some "repeater" devices. For the rest, we would gladly stay with you again!

Outside the chaos of the city!

I spent one night there this summer with my husband, as we travelled by motorbike it was very convenient for us to be outside the city - Careful though if you dont have a car, it maybe much more difficult to come back at night! As for us, this little gem was perfect, outside the chaos of Syracuse and peaceful! We loved Syracuse but it was definitely too crowded for us! Thank you to our lovely hosts, they were both very gentle and helpful. Lucia made tons of delicious home made stuff for breakfast, home made jams, home made cakes, home made sorbets, etc... Breakfast is awesome! The room was very nice and clean and well decorated, We will definitely recommend this B&B!

Had a disappointing stay here. Firstly, the B&B is miles from Syracuse. Having spent forever trying to locate the house, the welcome was far from warm. Breakfast only included at an additional cost. Owners then were happy for us to set off walking to find a restaurant a mile away, that was in fact closed. Little to recommend this as a place to say in the beautiful Syracuse.

Lucia and Andrea were wonderful hosts. The B&B has fruits and Artichoke growing on the property. Only 5 minutes from Antica and the many shops and restaurants there. The room was on the first floor overlooking the garden. Waking up to the wonderful smell of Orange and citrus blossoms was amazing

Consiglio questo splendido posto per il luogo situato in un punto ottimo per raggiungere Ortigia,Arenella,Plemmirio e fontane bianche... Pulizia al top,la cordialità della signora Lucia è al massimo e la granita del signor Andrea è deliziosa. Sicuramente ritornerò presto.
