It's located a bit out of the centre. About a 30 minute walk. But the Apartment is great. Except the TV, only polish channels. Wish they had options with at least English subtitles. Other than that. Super satisfied.

When visiting Szczecin for a long business trip I had to find something fast. I needed the room to be clean and to have a wifi. I've got modern, comfortable and fully equiped flat with a fridge, dishwasher and so on. Breakfasts are very good (yeeesss I've got it included) and it's all sprinkled with a surprisingly low rate. Really surprising! I only hope they will keep the service level...

A real negligence in dealing with guests

Expectations: Late check-in promised by the hotel at an additional cost Reality : JTB Luxury Nautica Apartments was closed, had not fullfilled its promise. The guest (me) was being out on the street. This kind of mistake cannot be left unattended. I informed the hotel in advance of late check-in. The answer had been from the official hotel number that late check-in is possible at an additional cost (30zloty). My request has NOT been denied. But on my arrival the hotel was closed and the contact number was unavailable. JTB Luxury Nautica Apartments is situated far away from the centre of the city, what has complicated the situation. Szczecin was empty and roaming the streets of the city was dangerous. The helpline of booking.com was busy. I got some answer from the helpline only at 11 a.m., when a help to me was no longer be necessary, only a compensation for the big failure of the hotel. After all that JTB Luxury Nautica Apartments has divested itself of its responsibility for the situation and has NOT offered any kind of compensation. It was a real negligence in dealing with guests. So I don`t recommend JTB Luxury Nautica Apartments!

Avoid the 2-room appartments. If you prefer sleeping with an open window you will have the impression the trolley car is driving through your sleeping room. No sleep after 4:30am possible. Helpless service after complaining offered a room on a lower floor same direction to the street.

Ich war drei Mal hier und hatte jedes Mal ein anderes Apartment. Da der Preis davor günstig war, konnte ich über diverse Mängel hinwegsehen. Leider wurden die Preise dieses Jahr drastisch erhöht. Ich habe für 2 Nächte im Juli (Dienstag und Mittwoch) 1080 zloty gezahlt und musste 600 zloty Kaution zahlen. Ich werde mich für die Zukunft nach etwas anderem umsehen. Die Ausstattung ist auf den ersten Blick gut, aber es funktioniert immer etwas nicht. Die Nachttischlampen haben keine Glühbirnen, der Herd funktioniert nicht, das Tor zur Tiefgarage öffnet nicht etc. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist ziemlich dreist, egal wie freundlich man auf einen Missstand aufmerksam macht. Beispiel Tiefgarage: Das Tor öffnet nicht, es steht eine Schlange an Autos davor. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte, dass ich den Knopf der Fernbedienung wahrscheinlich nicht richtig gedrückt habe! Danach meinte sie, dass sie auch nichts tun kann. Sie leitet es weiter, aber wahrscheinlich wird heute keiner mehr vorbei kommen, um die Angelegenheit zu richten ( es war 15 Uhr). Die Einstellung ist mit allen Dingen. Und ich spreche immerhin fließend polnisch, wer weiß, wie abweisend sie mit ausländischen Gästen sind. Es ist auch jeden Tag ein anderer Mitarbeiter da. Ich hatte bei der telefonischen Reservierung um einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage gebeten. Ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich keine Garage haben möchte (viel zu eng und kurz). Angeblich alles notiert, von der Mitarbeiterin. Als wir ankamen, wusste keiner etwas und außer einer Garage hatten sie nichts mehr. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem. Das W-Lan war ein schlechter Witz. Selbst eine einfache Seite zu laden (ohne Bilder) hat ewig gedauert. Zwei Personen konnten zeitgleich nicht ins Internet, weil dann bei beiden die Seiten nicht mehr laden konnten. Wir mussten uns also abwechseln und trotzdem lange warten.
