Room was a deluxe room. Everything about the room was okay. Free toiletries and bottled water with complimentary free buffet breakfast. Bed was large and comfy. Water pressure was good. There is an available umbrella in the room good for the rainy weather. My only problem was that the room is not sound proof to the noise from the party in the hotel. However, my overall experience with my daughter here was pleasant. THANK YOU Rosvenil.

One of the great hotel in Tacloban City Downtown

They are great in everything, it was my daughter and my husband's first time in Tacloban City, and the hotel picked us up from the airport, I also want to thank their driver for driving me going to the bank before we check-in, When we check-in, there was a smell that the room did not use for a long time, although everything is clean, our bed size matrimonial bed but no breakfast, the restaurant has also limited food, the hotel has an also nearby laundry and many restaurants too. The housekeeping are great and kind people, they help me to find the tablet of my daughter that we thought was lost. They also make sure that our room is clean every day. They also have a great garden and a cute pond that has a lot of fish around. Wifi is fast but there is a small piece of paper that they will give you that you can use for 2 to 3 days and they change passwords. They will give you soap and shampoo for free, no bottled water for free, no fridge, and their tv is not clear to watch. There is also a blackout while we were check-in in, so better to prepare flashlights, once your room is closed you cannot see anything because it is really dark. I have flashlights on hand so it is still okay for me to stay there. Make sure that you stay there first before you pay, because it is non-refundable. When I arrive I thought that we will stay there for 8 straight days but due to work, need to be in different places, but they are still great because they refunded the days that I did not book. Overall it is good, just be aware of the environment in the area because it is dark outside of the hotel. Definitely, I'll stay here again. I want to upload some pictures but due to privacy I rather not.

Central located, very clean hotel. Service was ordinary nothing outstanding. Deluxe room had no refrigerator, no safe deposit box in order or no umbrella what is an important item in the rainy atmosphere of Tacloban. Aircon was silent and powerful. Breakfast, simple but tasty.

Check in was fine but the room on agodas site showed one double one single we got 2 single beds we are stuck here for 4 days television does not work says weak or no signal WiFi does not work at all room has a kettle but no complimentary coffee or tea air con is virtually non existent it carries the power of a battery operated fan this hotel sucks agoda suck they are selling rooms under false pretences if I wanted room only with a fan I would have paid 400p not 2200 absolute disgrace and reception do nothing

Good Hotel, small things can be improved

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Sometimes the service could be improved a bit in quality, but all in all it was good. - Breakfast is OK. - The wifi / internet can be improved a lot, due to it's close to never available in the room and even standing under the access point it was off every 2 minutes (used 3 different devices).
