Stayed here for 3 nights, Room was clean and spacious. There’s a 7-11 around and several Taiwanese breakfast places nearby. The lady at the reception was very helpful, she’s given me a map with all the must try local restaurants, and sightseeing places that are popular. Will stay here again Highly recommended !!

Lovely little hotel with amazing staff

Loved our stay here. Staff is wonderful, rooms and the common area are clean, there's free wifi (didn't reach our room free), coffee and tea, and free bikes. Breakfast is delivered to the common room so you can pick it up whenever you want. When we were there it was a burger and Milk tea, which was a little strange. There's a parking spot right in front of the door and you get free toiletries in the room (dispenser, very eco-friendly!) One thing we didn't like was how hard the beds were, we had trouble falling asleep at first. Also, our room didn't have any windows so the air was always a little stale. If it wasn't for this we'd have given them 5*!

Can be great with few improvements

Traveller-Inn Zhongzheng Library was bit of a walk from the bus station but was fine if you don’t mind the 10 minute walk. Our quadruple room was spacious and clean with strong WiFi signal. With a few improvements, this place can be a superb accommodation. It’s a bit small so the front is unmanned during most hours and I had to make a phone call burning a hefty roaming rate despite the employee being on guesthouse grounds. Simply having a doorbell (they surprisingly didn’t have one) would’ve saved me a few bucks or an email at the time of booking confirming the estimated time of arrival would’ve been helpful. They buy the breakfast from a local brunch place and place it in the common room on a tray for each room early in the morning (before 6am). For later risers the tea gets cold and the sandwiches are soggy. They can at least give the guests some choice on the menu items as we didn’t care for the mystery meat sandwich nor the lukewarm sweetened tea. Other than these minor things that can improve, it was a comfortable stay.

Cozy place

We realized the location is not close to rail station after we arrived by train. It spend us some time to move from station to this place. This place is also not in the downtown comparing to the other two stays of Traveler-inn. However the concierge is helpful and we are able to borrow free bikes for a great bike trip in the Taitung forest park.

Clean and cozy room

The Room are comfy ,clean and cozy but lack of parking space. They provide all basic room amenities. The receptionist is very helpful and courteous. Love the special library design there. Had a really peaceful stay there
