I had a really good time staying at this resort. It was very private and clean with a great swimming pool and restaurant. They made my whole trip so nice. I really enjoyed the beach out front and all the great surf. I can’t wait to go back.

I loved this place it was really beautiful for a vacation. Really relaxing with everything we needed. The surf and all the excursions were so much fun. Everything was very clean and convenient. I can’t wait to go back.

About as close to a perfect travel experience as I could have asked for. The comforts of an all-inclusive resort experience without the crowds and commercialism. I chose to do the all-inclusive surf camp here, starting as a beginner. I progressed significantly during the week and could not be more excited about it. Food here is excellent, and Tao-by is quite generous with helping sizes and offering all kinds of sides and drinks. Room was clean, private, and the pool was lovely. When not surfing I had the perfect spot to relax, and Tao-by (and his family) were lovely to spend time with during meals and throughout the day. I could not recommend this place enough. If learning to surf has been on your bucket list for awhile, there's no better place to learn in Costa Rica.

Quite possibly one of the most relaxing trips we have ever taken. The resort is peaceful, well maintained and the service and hospitality perfect. We felt it was our own little slice of paradise and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone wanting a totally

Taxi was arranged by TAO personnel to pick me up even as the flight was delayed and arrived at 10:30 pm. I arrived at TAO Destinations around midnight where staff greeted me at the gate...what a relief! I was helped with my baggage, given my keys and I dropped into bed for a good night's sleep in the Grande Cabina across from the Restaurant. The next morning the mature greenery and the quiet were welcoming as I plunged into the salt-water pool for a relaxing swim where a variety of gorgeous birds shared the space with me landing on the infinity end of the pool and wetting their beaks. On the way back to my room, I enjoyed a rinse-off in the beautiful new rainfall fountain that formed a rainbow in the sun. This place is heaven for me. On one of my walks down the dirt road, I came upon a tree full of Howler Monkeys munching on the leaves- one even looking me straight in the eye. Unspoiled nature is so healing. I look forward to many more trips to the beach and the surf camp where I was able to actually catch a wave. There's so much to explore here and on a happily full stomach from the kitchen, I'm ready. They aim to please at TAO Destinations and do it well.
