Arrived early and was checked in immediately. The room was huge, clean and beds were very comfortable. The shower was awesome! Had all the amenities needed. We didn’t have a vehicle so we got food at WaWa right next door. Our cruise was delayed due to fog for 6.5 hrs and they let us all stay in their lobby. They made sure we all got to the ship, no matter what time it was. A huge shout out to Travis who kept us updated, he was very professional and always had a smile on his face. Another shout out to the shuttle driver who was going back/forth all day into the evening to make sure all passengers coming and going from port made it on time. The daily breakfast was also awesome. Will definitely return!

My First Visit!

This was my first stay and what appears to be a recently opened hotel. Justice checked me in and Vicki & Isabella and all provided great service. The complimentary breakfast was great especially, the biscuits. There's a WaWa located alongside the hotel for additional convenience goods and gasoline.

Great location for our short mid week trip. Very clean. Welcoming staff. Nice breakfast including delicious biscuits. Kitchen staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortably spacious. Convenient to have a Wawa next door. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night to go to the Lightning hockey game. Room was clean and really quiet, third floor facing the parking lot. Front desk staff Justice did a great job (nice R7) I didn't get any other names but one fine young lad tried to hunt us down around the area to let us know the shuttle had been waiting for us !! Shuttle driver was very friendly and did a great job taking us to the game. Very handy having a shuttle to do this, we took Lyft to get back after the game as the shuttle stops at 9 p.m. which is just fine as it is a nightmare down near the arena to get in and out of there after the game. Breakfast was the usual HIEX grub, wasn't very hot this time but was fine for a quick bite to hit the road. Lots of well lit parking and tons of fast food with 1 mile of the hotel if you want to grab something quick. Would stay here again for sure.

My husband and and I stayed here to attend the Iron Maiden Concert at the Amalie Arena in downtown Tampa. This hotel was only 5 miles away from the arena. I was impressed with how clean the hotel was from the reception area, the breakfast area as well as the halls, elevators and our room. The room was well appointed with modern decor and abundant usb outlets. The whole hotel had a clean and modern appearance. The check-in front desk people where friendly and efficient. A hot breakfast of standard fare was available. Covid precautions were in place. The only negative was that the hotel was in an awkward location close to the highway but we were not bothered by any road noise. A Wawa is a few steps away. All in all we had a very positive experience staying at this hotel at a reasonable price compared to those closer to the arena and would recommend.
