Hotel antigo porém bons quartos e instalações! Cama e chuveiro muito bons. Os funcionários são atenciosos e tem brasileiros para ajudar caso não fale inglês. Na recepção tem M&M de chocolate e amendoim a vontade!
Don’t Stay Here!!
My wife and I came here for 4 nights for business and also pleasure, but there was no pleasure in staying at this establishment. On the first night, my wife was missing an intimate article of clothing that we are 100% sure after basically stripping down the room was either taken accidentally or intentionally by housekeeping or someone else. I tried to inquired about this to the front desk, but of course their room phone was not operational so I came down to the desk twice in a 24 hours period and was told both times they would search for the missing clothing and that maintenance would repair the phone. NEVER HAPPENED!! Nobody bothered to update us in the missing piece of clothing and our phone was still broken. The bed was the only redeemable part of the trip as it was relatively comfortable, however, the layout of the room was meant to be an adjoining room with a door that leads to the room next door. I could LITERALLY hear every conversation late at night that the person next door was having and how loud their TV was. If you like your sounds and conversations to be private, don’t count on it at this establishment. There was also only one bedside stand and the side that had no bedside stand had an outlet with the A/C unit already plugged in and I needed to plug in my CPAP in the other outlet and because of that, I could not plug in my phone bedside (which I know isn’t a huge inconvenience, but annoying none the less.) The hallways must be either in the middle of renovations or they were just sketchy feeling because it looks like they ripped out the baseboards from the side wall/floor so it felt a bit decrepit in the hallway. Would not recommend this place and will not plan on staying here again, especially because of the poor customer service and the thin walls between rooms.
Decent Place to stay
I stayed here in December of 2020. The hotel is undergoing some remodeling. So, the restaurant was closed. The rest of the hotel seemed to be functioning normally, though. Parking is free and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
sunday nite football hotel
we stayed here for the tamp buccaneers game on sunday nite.....very nice place....front desk friendly and helpful....rooms large and NO CARPETING!!!!!! bathrooms ok....but dont know why the bar wasn't open.... we would have liked that...and no breakfast included....close to the stadium .... and restaurants for dinner...would stay again....the bed was very comfortable as was the pillows.. air conditioner was perfect

I couldn’t have pick a better hotel for my stay. Hotel was clean but had a very strong smell of mold in certain areas of the lobby. Check in and out was super easy, nice friendly staff. The pool and hot tub was also a added plus for me. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and I will definitely stay here again and recommend!
