Good hotel

Avaliou em 11 de setembro de 2020

This hotel is a good place to stay while visiting Tehuacán. The room was large, clean and looked nice. It includes a good breakfast that is taken to your room, in order to follow the rules to avoid contact with other persons, in this time of covid19.

Amazing Service

Avaliou em 11 de julho de 2018

This is my second time at this hotel, however, my 1st time here was only for 1 day. This time around, I spent several days and I have to say, they want to make sure there guest feel welcomed and comfortable during their stay. You are warmly greeted when you enter the hotel, the room was very clean, parking was great in the hotel, breakfast was amazing. Overall, the staff were amazing!!! They constantly tell you 'estamos aqui para servirle' (we are here to serve you) and they truly mean it.

Clean, slick, comfortable

Avaliou em 24 de janeiro de 2018

This is a new hotel very well located in the heart of Tehaucan, with parking included on-site. Beds are very comfortable, internal rooms are quiet. We had the ample and delicious full breakfast. The decor is modern and cool. The famous Tehaucan water is available in the rooms. The small bottle (500ml) is free, the large one (1 lt) is added to your bill (there is a sign). WiFi is fast and unlimited. There are coffee-making facilities in the rooms, which was a treat. The petrified wood in the lobby is amazing!

Nice business hotel

Nice business hotel. It's very well located. Rooms are extremely clean. Service is good. I had continental braekfast which I felt it was not enough but it was good though. Has parking lot included which is good.

A bit of the States in old Mexico

Avaliou em 18 de fevereiro de 2017

This was my second stay at Hotel Zenith. Excellent service, excellent value, excellent location. The reason I say a bit of the States in old Mexico is because this hotel is like staying in a small boutique hotel in the States. If you are looking for traditional Mexican tile and old world charm, this is not the place. If you are looking for a really nice, comfortable room, this is the place for you. Front desk staff is amazing- very friendly, they smiled at my feeble attempts at Spanish. All desk staff has a good knowledge of English. I had breakfast every day, and it was always good. Not great, but a good start to the day. You can ask for them to make breakfast fruit drinks, pan toastada (toast) and other items that are not on the buffet. MEXICO IS SAFE. Having traveled to Mexico many many times over the years, Mexico is safe. Of course take same precautions as you would traveling anywhere. Our group felt safe at the hotel and in the streets of the city.
