We stayed here for two nights for a family wedding. Loved this location and the staff wound not have been friendlier. Even after asking for extra towels and coffee pods, the room attendant left us extras plus a nice notes wishing us a happy time at the wedding. The breakfast buffet was good each morning and the staff was very attentive. The food was hot and fresh. I really liked that you can also order off a menu and can sit on the dining area or bar. The lobby was a brood meeting place for happy hour after after the wedding. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the nice grounds.

Yesel was absolutely delightful and such a welcoming presence each morning at breakfast, and she was just the start of a great hotel experience. I haven’t had many hotel stays where the entire staff was so engaging and would highly recommend that if you are in the Phoenix/Tempe area that you stay at this hotel.

Regie, Yesel, Esther, Erika, Brittany and Silvia greeted and treated the entire group with great hospitality. They all made the stay feel warm and very pleasant. Our stay was five days and every day was the same treatment. Keep up the great work.

The staff was great. Especially the kitchen and service team for breakfast. The older gentleman was a lesson in true hospitality. Yesel was a remarkable server. I am already looking forward to my next trip back to Tempe. I will be staying here again no doubt.

As a woman traveling alone, needing somwhere safe and easy to crash for the night and reading reviews for MANY other hotels within hour from airport, this was an oasis. Blown away at how clean and spacious the room was. It was definitely pricey for the 8 hours I was there but feeling safe and not grimy was totally worth it. Right around the corner from shopping complex with everything you might need. Only there for a quick overnight so I unfortunately didnt experience rest of what the property had to offer or the area. But would love to check it out for longer again.
