Best Hotel Ever

Not only was this the nicest Holiday Inn Express we’ve ever stayed in, the staff, especially Stephanie, was excellent. She was like a ray of sunshine when she greeted us on our arrival. Our room which was recently remodeled had plenty of room to spread out our luggage. The bed was perfect and the pillow were nice and thick which we love. The breakfast was hearty as well. If we are ever in the area, we will be back. This hotel should set the standard of excellence for all the hotels in their chain.

Lotsa cops and lotsa bugs,

Checked in on a Saturday night as I took the daughter up to the Children's Museum for the day and should have just drove back home. Upon arriving I noticed there was a police car parked in the lot and so I figured at least there's a cop staying at the hotel, but that was not the case. The police must have been called before I arrived and was just leaving after I checked in. Not a good sign. Checked in the room to take a break from the heat and within ten minutes of chilling out, my daughter stuck out her arm to show a bedbug on her arm after laying in the bed. Headed out to dinner and came back to find the intersection of Priest and Baseline flooded with cops. The vape shop and Boost mobile store should have been a dead giveaway that this is a horrible neighborhood to steer clear from. Got up the next day and saw more bugs in the bathroon and so we left as soon as we could. Might be the last IHG stay for a while after this.

Friendly, Great rooms, and clean gym

I came here last week to visit family and to go to a concert, my friends recommended this hotel because of the friendly staff and especially with breakfast they serve in the morning. But those 3 days that I've been here there wasn't no variations, there was only omelets every morning. I came her thinking there would be different breakfasts but u guess they serve the same thing every morning. That's the reason I'll put 3 stars out of five, other than that all the rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly

We stayed here for one night after driving from Sedona to be close to the airport before flying out. Pros: Room was spacious and clean; Microwave and refrigerator in the room; Friendly staff; Check in was fast and easy; Close to some restaurants and a shopping center; Lots of storage space: closet, drawers, hanging hooks; Cons: Traffic is noise especially if you have loud car's with those huge mufflers.

Best Western aka Holiday Inn

This hotel is undergoing a conversion from a Best Western to a Holiday Inn. Saying that: there were some inconveniences with no breakfast area yet, and rooms had no closet (armoire not finished yet). However: the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; 100% great! The breakfast in a bag was good, and they kept us supplied with good coffee. So it was still a good place to sleep and no big issues.
