Small quaint hotel with only 7 bedrooms. Very clean and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. The food is excelent. People go to the restaurant only. It is perfect for spending an afternoon hanging out with friends and family if you are tired of visiting Tequisquiapan or the Vineyards which are very close. There are games, foosball, and a beautiful terrace to chilax. You need to drive to and from downtown Tequisquiapan. I recomend it if you are visiting the Vineyards. 5 minutes drive to downtown Tequisquiapan though.
Nice small hotel near the city center

I went to visit Tequisquiapan as one of my dear friends was getting married there. As my fiancee and I are cost conscious (as we have to save for our wedding), we decided to stay at this hotel, which we found in hotels.com. Yes, it is not in the city center, but if you have a car, it just took us around 10 minutes to be there. The owners are very nice, and it is a nice small hotel with around 10 or less rooms. The room is huge with a table and chairs. The only "bad" thing I could say, is that you have to wait quite a bit in order for the hot water to come out, but with all and all, it is cost-friendly hotel with a nice restaurant!
What a great relaxing place

The staff are amazing and so helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the court yard is relaxing and a great place to stay. We came in about 7:30 at night, after a long drive over the very steep mountains and we did not feel like going out to find food, the staff helped us order food in, which made our night. Stay here if you are in Tequisquiapan Mexico and enjoy the comforts of a very clean hotel and great staff/owners.

This hotel is outside the town, so you can go to the town by taxi that you can ask it at the reception of the hotel the price is around $25-$30 mxn. The staff is very friendly and help you whenever you want. My friends and I occupied the room number four, it was clean, big enough for us, only we had a problem with the bathroom, because we needed to run the water until get the hot water for the shower, so I think it’s a waste of a lot of water. The breakfast was good, it’s buffet, so you can find a typical mexican food. We didn’t use the pool because the weather (it was cold), but this is small, I think it’s only for spend a little time in there. Finally the price of the hotel is average.
Nice little 3* hotel with just a pair of annoying features...

Firstly - for a high price area, it's very good value. It's clean, pretty, relaxed, the staff are exceptional and friendly. The food looks good (honestly didn't eat there). It's well located for a tour of neighbouring villages (pueblas magicas) and is just 5-10 mins from the main coach station (ETN etc). You can get to other places with "taxi colectivos" - the staff will advise... If you're going to the area I would recommend them.
Downers - close to freeway, which is quiet at night but noisey in the early morning. Our room (5) had really low water pressure that could not be addressed.
