Para quem pretende hospedar-se na região de Tewksbuty, opção razoálvel. Infraestrutura do hotel com vários blocos de edifícios, não permite boa segurança aos hóspedes uma vez que não há qualquer controle de acesso aos halls de apartamentos. Com chuva, muito frio e tormenta o desconforto é grande para quem estiver fora do edifício principal, onde localiza-se a recepção, aérea de alimentação, etc. Estacionamento, internet e farto breakfast são gratuitos. Limpeza, serviços gerais e staff padrão da bandeira RI. As suites são espaçosas e algumas com móveis e cozinha completa renovadas. Região de fácil localização com supermercados e estabelecimentos comerciais próximos.

Tired Property In Need Of Refresh

After staying 2 nights to visit friends/family in the vicinity, we were surprised how the exterior of this property is in need of a serious renovation. Rotted trim work, peeled paint, rusted stairwells, and stained sidewalks greet us throughout the property. I’m sure in years past this property was a shining star but now it’s a tired worn-out property drastically in need of some TLC. On the flip side, our room (while dated) was clean and in good order. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms clean. Water pressure very adequate in the shower. Even though our room faced I495, the noise level was minimal. The location of the property is ideal and the breakfast fine. Breakfast staff was very attentive to keeping the buffet stocked and surroundings clean. Front desk staff we encountered during our stay were polite and attentive. Exercise room was clean and adequate to provide for a good workout. Overall we would be surprised if Marriott corporate office is not concerned with the overall external structural appearance of this property to let the owners continue to carry the Marriott name. While we cannot say this property missed the mark in all categories, it did not meet our expectations of what a Marriott property should aesthetically present to its customers upon arrival.

Rough around the edges, not great for pets

While this hotel allows pets, I would not consider the personnel or property to be pet friendly. The rules allow for pet potty breaks to only be in a very small area which is disgusting. Our dog would not even step foot in that area! At night we had to leave hotel property and go to grassy areas behind neighboring businesses. In the mornings, poor guy was so desperate that he would do his business right in the parking lot rather then go into the disgusting 'pet relief area'. Also the buildings are old and need some maintenance and paint on the exterior. Interiors have had a superficial face lift, but leaves a bit to be desired. At least the bed was comfy. But we won't likely stay here again.

I stayed at this RI as a work pit-stop driving from Maine to NY. I stayed for the night and then enjoyed the additional living area that Residence Inns offer to get some work done the next day. I arrived in the middle of the night but was still cordially and happily greeted by their front-desk attendant (whose name I am upset I forgot). The rooms are in dire need of an upgrade - a complete overhaul. The redeeming factor, and one that can be counted on at the Residence Inn brand, is the comfortable bed. Slept well, got some work done, got back on the road.

I recently staying at this hotel. First the staff was great. The breakfast was great. I stayed in a first floor unit. The slider led to a lovely balcony. Unfortunately no chairs on it. Very disappointing. The room above me had a child screaming all day. Sounded like a girl with a temper tantrum. No kidding it went on for hours. The room had an endless revolving door. Constant door slamming and pounding. Constant screaming.
