Front desk miss Annette is the best, she help me navigate my way around and gave amazing hospitality. The free washers and dryers was the best, the workout room is very helpful plus you can drill out side.

Staff was friendly upon check in and throughout the stay. Hotel was very clean and well lighted for a safe feeling. Can’t say any negative thing about my experience. Thanks again for making my stay pleasant.

Very clean room. It had a kitchen. It was very comfortable as well. It's easy to see this would be a great place to stay for more than a night. A free laundry is such a bonus! Will definitely stay here again

MOLD, MOLD, MOLD!!!

MOLD, MOLD, MOLD on the 3rd (top) floor from the moment we stepped off the elevator and in the rooms. We got there late & exhausted and went straight to bed. The room smelled like a wet, moldy basement. Another man the next morning from the 3rd floor said he and his wife had to spray Lysol in their room to deal with the mold and were also going to post an online review. He saw multiple roof leaks in the 3rd floor. I spoke to the manager (Mr. Patel) about the mold and he couldn't care less. The Texas State Department of Health needs to get involved. This place is a health hazard and needs to be shut down until all the roof leaks are fixed and mold remediation team has removed all the mold & mildew. We would never stay here again.

Clean but musty rooms

First room assigned to us, the bed was broken, ceiling was leaking, room smelled musty, and bathroom lock broken. Second room, it was also musty but very clean and quiet. Beds are extremely hard — 4 people differing age groups, and we were all hurting after a sleepless night on very hard mattresses. Not sure I would stay again due to the musty smell, triggered asthma attacks, on top of a painfully sleepless night.
