Booked a 1 bedroom through Airbnb which is managed by a property agency. One thing about booking Airbnbs in Phuket is the separate electricity charge which is NOT included in the total price. Make sure to check the fine print when booking through any Airbnb (in Phuket). As for the condo apartment, the only pro about this place is the location - 10 min walk to Boat Avenue with supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment wasn't very clean with hair and dirt visible on the floor, toilet roll holder was broken, front door handle loose, lights not working. We informed the property agency and they arranged someone to come and fix them. There was wifi in the room but it only worked in the living room area. The bedroom was a blind spot so the wifi didn't work in there. During our stay, the building fire alarm went off almost every other day at random times (8am, 12pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm) causing extreme inconvenience. I raised this with the front desk staff who was apologetic and said they working with management to fix the problem. The day we checked out, it still wasn't fixed. Despite the issues, the front desk staff was always very helpful and responsive.

First stay at Oceanstone. Being a relatively new proposition the rooms and public areas, while compact, are fresh and in good condition. Great location on the edge of Laguna, which once inside the boundary, is a world away from many other parts of the island. It's a great base from where one can explore the best beaches that Phuket has to offer and it's a 5 minute drive to Laguna Golf Club, which is arguably the best prepared and presented golf course on the island.

This is a new hotel. Everything looks new. 2 Bedrooms apartment is kinda good and the view is nice. Pool is located on the rooftop and there's a open air gym there too. Very quiet and very lovely staffs. Overall OK

I stayed in an apartment here and the hot water system was not working. Instead of letting me change rooms I was told a technician has been notified. They could have at least let us swap to another room. The air conditioning unit is super loud and kept us awake most the night. Also the tv didn’t work in the bedroom. The transfers they seem to charge double to what a taxi would so be careful. 800thb to the airport when a taxi would cost 400tbh. The rooftop pool was nice even though there was construction next door.

Yes construction is still going on and the only was I know is because I seen it. I never heard it , even while I was outside , in the pool on the roof. This place is very cozy and homely feeling.Within waking distants to local eateries and shopping centers on Boat Ave. The Tv selection is horrible , but hey who’s staying in the roof any.
