Very buget minded but not so budget
No internet connection, Room was barely cleaned Wall plugs not working Bathroom is old and worn out Breakfast was deplorable Warm coffee, no lice, very little of anything else. Appears these people are only her3 to make money and not invest in there property
Clean and super helpful and friendly
Súper friendly accommodating staff very kind would stay there again staff learned our names very fast felt like we knew them for I would recommend you will enjoy your stay best prices in el centro you will not regret it
Stay at Super 8
The room was clean, however it needed some very minor repairs. Plaster was missing on the one of the walls where someone had hit it with luggage.There was no breakfast option. Low budget, but worth the expense. The staff was professional.
Worst hotel experience ever!!!
I stay at a lot of different hotels and I have to say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. In fact, I intend to contact corporate about this. Here's the run down: 1) When I first checked-in I had to ring the bell several times and yell out to get someone to check me in. When the guy finally came to check me in he was unfriendly. He did not even apologize for not responding to the bell. 2) The Wi-Fi worked only 50% of the time and it's an open Wi-Fi so you don't need a password which is basically an unsecured network. 3) Then, when I got into my room, I tried to lock the door and the bolt was broken. 4) Then I used the restroom, the toilet seat was broken. 5) Then the air conditioner was broken. When one of the guys looked at it he told me "just turn it on and off and it will cool down." I tried that several times and it did not work. 6) When I called Hotels.com to complain they contacted the hotel clerk who then took it upon himself to come to my door in person and bang on it to get me to answer to resolve my complaints. I did not answer as I felt his behavior was aggressive and he should’ve called my room not come in person. 7) They did not make my bed yesterday. 8) Super small TV. Usually when you go to a hotel room you will deal with maybe 1-2 of these issues, but to deal with all of them on one hotel booking is very disappointing. I will never stay at a Super 8 again. My concerns have still not been resolved nor have I been compensated for my terrible experience.
It's a hotel in El Centro.
If you need a place to stay in El Centro and are having trouble finding another location, Super 8 has rooms. I stayed at the property years before when it was a Ho-Jo's and it wasn't so bad. Time has not been kind to this property.
