Loved this hotel. Pool is amazing and workout area is great! Lots of cool things to do around the hotel and restaurants to eat at. Very safe location as well. I truly enjoy staying here every time! I highly recommend.

Poor Cleaning and Bad Customer Service

Room uncleaned…dirt and candy on the floor...low staff..so don’t ask for anything from front desk clerk. Help yourself. Poor customer service. Room equipment don’t work. Informed clerk that phone don’t work and no one never came.

Horrible customer service and housekeeping

We booked this hotel because it was close to our son’s apartment. We requested an early check in at noon. When we got there at 12;30 we were told we couldn’t check in because the room wasn’t ready. We drove around for an hour and came back. Then we were told we couldn’t check in because their internet wasn’t working. When I asked if we’d be charged if we went to another hotel, they told us we’d still be charged for one night because of their 24-hour cancellation policy. We waited for another hour and half when miraculously at 3:00 they got the Internet working. We did not put out the do not disturb sign so we expected our room to get cleaned but here it is Saturday afternoon and we’re still using the same towels that we had from Wednesday and out of shampoo. I picked up the room phone to call the front desk and it didn’t even work. In addition, we stayed on the top floor in June in Dallas… AC couldn’t keep the room cool. Worst hotel experience ever and will never stay here again.

Comfortable clean hotel with good customer service. It was very hot ( upper 90's outdoors and common spaces were very warm making gathering with colleagues less comfortable. Breakfast was not as robust as used to at other hotels. Wifi was slow at times making working from the room less productive.

Love the fact they were able to accomidate our request to check in early. They even called us to tell us all 3 rooms were ready for check in. Thanks guys! Best Western rewards member I am. Status diamond elite but looks like the Hyatt may just have switched us over to the other side. Customer Service was amazing.
