A great team working together to please its clients. We were treated with a lot of respect and kindness by every member of the staff. I'm not sure which was cuter—the location or the staff. It was a lovely experience, and I heartily endorse it.

Amazing place for couples

Amazing stay. Place is located at a high altitude so it provides for a great view from your room. The infinity pool and the service are the highlight of the place. Good food but the prices are very expensive. Best place for young people to relax and enjoy because the walk from your rooms to any activity is steep, long and tiring but apart from that it’s a great place

Beautiful resort with breathtaking views and wonderful hospitality, however some improvement needed on room layout for the manor room. The resort has a great view of the valley and has many view points to look at all three sides. Their infinity pool was awesome with stunning landscape and surreal sights of valley. Though they could have a bar or snacks counter alongside the pool. The entire hotel staff is very nice and hospitable. We were always welcomed with warmth and smiling faces specially the chef Ram and lady captain Nithya. They suggested us good food options and took care of our kid's food requirements. Resort has couple of activities going on such as bonfire , tea tasting. They had such good variety of teas, I specially liked the masala tea, ginger lemon tea without milk. Improvements: We stayed at the manor room and didnt like the room layout at all. It was super big room(with huge balcony) which was divided in 3 sections where 1st section has wardrobe, 2nd is bed and 3rd is TV lounge area. The fan and AC were on one side of the bed making it very hot for the person sleeping on the other side of the bed. No fan or AC even in the room sitting area. No bed side lamps, just 1 AC and queen size bed was insufficient for this huge sized room. Hence, 1 star less only for the room layout. We provided the same feedback to hotel management

Had a wonderful experience here. Amazing service and enjoyed every moment of it. Much recommended. The restaurant food tastes good and the waiters were polite. Infinity pool view was memorable with a cliff view.

Excellent location and excellent hospitality. Highly recommend if you are looking for a trip to relax and disconnect. We stayed for 3 nights and 2 days. The resort sits on absolute top of a hill and it’s beautifully maintained and well architected. Spacious rooms. We took our parents for a retreat and they loved the place too. Pool water was still cool for March noons but you can still enjoy the views.
