Unchanged Bedding from Previous Guests

We’ve been coming here for 15 years. We always have to stay here because the kids love all the animal mounts. This was the absolute worst stay we’ve ever had. I’m 100% certain the bedding we slept in hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. We are all blonds. In the middle of the night I got up to go to the bathroom and realized I had several extremely long black hairs stuck to my pajamas. When I went back to bed and used my flashlight to pull back the covers I realized there were more black hairs. The other bed my daughter said she found a clump of hair in her bed. We were all pretty grossed out.

Good overnight stay

I had intended to stay in Meeteetse, but the operator never showed up, so I quickly booked a night here since it was only 45 miles away. Reception was fine, the room was in good shape and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were in good shape. The restaurant in the hotel was luckily still open and the meal was good. Breakfast was also good the next day. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is old and definitely needs new paint everywhere BUT the beds were new, sheets nice, lots of pillows, new updated locks on doors, new bathroom faucets, and quiet (except for loud old plumbing). The staff is friendly and breakfast was very nice. The safari room is a trip…just a cool spot for a drink. The prime rib dinner next to me looked delicious!

The hotel is run down! The manager on duty who checked us in was not pleasant and condensending! The only nice part of our stay was the lady who checked us out. She was very nice and pleasant! We will not stay here again!!!! I wished I would have taken pictures!

Great Stay

The hotel is a little older but is well maintained. The breakfast was great and our room was clean. The shower pressure and temperature was great as well. The only thing was the dryer on the right side did not fully dry our clothes and I had to dry them in the other dryer again.
