This is your city hotel!
Everything you want/need from a city hotel is here! The rooms have exactly what one needs, right down to the very cleverly located... hooks! Staff are fantastic, location is convenient, breakfast is diverse, rich and healthy! I highly recommend Anatolia and I’ll be sure to stay here again!
Comfortable and close to the center
Very good experience in this hotel. It is very easy to reach and in addition it is very close to downtown. You can walk to Aristotele square in twenty minutes. The rooms are comfortable and the service is flawless. Excellent and rich breakfast. Very reasonable prices.
A modern, clean and well situated hotel
Easy and free parking. Very modern, new, clean hotel with very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast is very nice, big variety and traditional. It is a very good value for money stay and I strongly suggest it
Price vs. Performance
The only reason we gave this place a 3 is the price. It is very important to me that whoever reads this review understands that the staff were really nice and professional, and everything that we requested was meet with a smile on the face and our stay was really enjoyable. From the receptionist, to the people at the restaurant, the living room etc. All of that was great, but it is way too often that we travel and comparing this place to many other places very near by, this location feels over priced. With this said, i do not want to take away anything from the staff working there, but management should definatelly reconsider their pricing. In their defence, the price was very transparent from the start, we were not surprised in any way, but we expected more for sure (from the facility in general, location, room space etc).
What a pleasant surprise this place was. It certainly isn't located by the sea. It is a city centre hotel so don't expect stunning views. I wasn't here for the views so that didn't matter. Upon arrival the reception manager was very welcoming and informed of the hotels services. I had a first floor single room and so therefore wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised by it however. The room itself was very clean with the obligatory complimentary tray of tea/coffee/water etc... The mini fridge was well stocked and very reasonably priced. The bathroom too had everything you needed for a 2 night stay. The room service was very competitively priced and was my go to choice for this stay. I recommend the mushroom risotto if it's still on the menu. Very tasty and plenty of it. The classic burger was non too shabby either accompanied with many french fries. The breakfast had plenty of options and covers all paletes and tastes. The hotels location, while not picturesque did offer easy access to the city centre and was only a 15 minute walk to the sea. There is quite a lot of history in the city so try and take a look at some of it or visit a couple of places if you have the time. The culture is immersive. Their needs obvious financial investment in the area but this is Greece, remember!
