Indico este hotel. Ele é limpo e cheiroso, o atendimento é bom. Tem Wi-Fi gratuito, o único problema é se tem alguém falando ou passando no corredor vc escuta tudo.... Mas de um quarto para o outro não, o hotel não oferece o café da manhã. Mas vc pode pagar e eu indico também tem bastante variedade como, frutas, pães, cereais e iogurte... É o custo não é alto. A paisagem do restaurante também é bonita.
Poor Room Cleaning Service
Having stayed at this hotel often in the past, I returned after renovations were completed. I was aware of the Covid restrictions and some lack of service. Was unprepared for the total lack of room maintenance for a two day stay. Nothing was cleaned, garbage remained and a special request was put in for at least fresh towels. Cleanliness was expected to be more prevalent rather than a lack of. It was expressed to the front-end staff and their response was always covid... You would think that with a strife for a return of guests, the opposite would take place. With this attitude it will be doubtful that hotels like this will remain in business for long considering the times...
Terrible check in agent no status recognition
So many great experience with this property prior to the renovation, very surprising ever since checking in with a very rude agent. No smile, no greeting and never said a word of welcome, hi, hello or felt appreciated in any way or form as an elite Starwood/marriott member. As Marriott and SPG lifetime Elite member not even once was mentioned and recognized by the check in agent. Empty hotel and was give a room that was not very well re-fresher and not properly clean i would say, there traced of previous guess belonging (key card) and many holes on the walls (see pics) Granted that the hole on the ceiling and during the covid July 2020 stays the cleaning service limited to specific and certain rooms availability, but the super rude, no smile check in agent is never an excuse for a world class brand as four points by Sheraton. Very disappointed of this property and will avoid and certainly will not recommend this property to any one any longer
14 day stay
After driving home from Florida we self isolated here for the required 14 days. Mr. Ayub Atcha general manager welcomed us and quickly registered us offering a free room upgrade to make our 14 day stay more comfortable. The hotel has apparently gone through renovation and is looking good. Due to the pandemic obviously everything in the hotel is closed however what ever they could help us with they were more then happy to do so. The rooms are all suites and if our room is any indication of the rest they are very spacious. Bedroom was separate from the living area. Bed was very comfortable and had a good sleep each night. I look forward to staying here once we are through this pandemic and the hotel is back offering all it's amenities. Again Thank you Mr Ayub Atcha for a wonderful stay during a difficult time.
2019 New Years Eve Stay!
Don’t know where to start! Stayed at this hotel on New Years Eve 2019. The website did indicate the hotel was undergoing renovations however that was an understatement! You had to enter the hotel via a side door. Signage was paper signs everywhere! Even a paper sign on our room door. Typically we get an email asking us about our stay and we did not. Probably afraid to ask! No discount on the room rate for all the major inconveniences. Only 2 elevators and 1 was broken for our stay. The “front desk” was in a dingy office. The rate for bringing our dog was $50.00 + tax which we were told was a Marriott policy for extra cleaning. The extra cleaning is never done. I know this because when my dog entered the room she cleans up the extra crumbs left on the floor. All in all we paid close to $300 for one night at this hotel. They should be ashamed of themselves!
