Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The hotel is convenient to Haneda Airport and Tokyo train station, which is what I needed for my overnight stay in Tokyo. Great experience, I would stay here again.

Honestly, I never write reviews but I just had to for this hotel. It’s English friendly, the staff is AMAZING!!!! We wanted to eat at an udon place near by, not only did they show us on a map but one of the incredibly sweet staff members walked us there herself!!! Sure, if you’re from the states the complementary breakfast maybe isn’t what you might be used too but onigiri (rice ball) & miso soup can be a typical Japanese breakfast & it’s delicious & free so give it a try!! The rooms I think are quite spacious, there’s free WiFi, & the location is AWESOME!!!! Just a short walk to multiple stations & Tokyo tower!!!! Don’t pass this place up!!!

The area around the hotel is very quiet due to it being near housing estates. There are tons of schools around which will be interesting to see. Around 5mins walk from Mita Station. The hotel is very suitable for solo travelers, business man/woman there for a few days. The front desk is very friendly and helped us out with the area. They will give breakfast in a dining area somewhere opposite the front desk. Onigiri and sandwiches will be available. Rooms are very clean. However for those that wants a big bathroom, this hotel is not for you. Overall, the stay was very pleasant!😊 Domo🙇🏻♀️

Clean, quiet, breakfast and full amenities at the price of a capsule hotel in Minato

Mita Kaikan Hotel is a quiet, basic, clean, with full bath, WiFi and breakfast. Centrally located in Minato and close to Shiba Park and the Mita, Asakusa and Yamanote subway lines. Although quiet, there are enough places to find a bite to eat or convenience stores like Lawson and Family Mart/Famima. In terms of service and breakfast (choice of sandwiches or rice balls along with beverages and soups), it is basic but consider it's not typically included at most hotels and the staff is friendly. I was at the hotel for 4 days and it was a good stay as the price was about the same or less than a typical capsule hotel which has less privacy. I'd stay again

出張の際に使わせて頂きました。 この立地でこの宿泊料、有り得ません。 多少設備は古いですが、問題なし。 朝食はおにぎり、サンドイッチ、菓子パンの中から2品を選択出来ます。 食事はラウンジで食べても、部屋に持ち帰ってもＯＫです。
