Great hotel, great location

Great hitel, comfortable, friendly staff, eapecially Cotono at reception. She was veey helpful, smiling and ready to assist on all matyers. Beds are very cpmfi and bathroom shower arw the best. Coffee at Jones cafe as well as the croissants, are very very good

Had a great stay at this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing. Clean and well designed. The only drawback would be the walking distance from Shinjuku station (around 15 minutes), but there is a bus stop right outside.

My family stayed at the Kimpton during our travels around Japan and the experience is unmatched. Alex, Fume, and the entire staff are warm, friendly, and always hospitable. I’ve never had a hotel experience that was so warm and delightful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The amenities are top-notch. It’s the only place I will ever stay in Tokyo again.

Wonderful Stay for the Tokyo Marathon

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the hotel breakfast as a part of our package. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with making restaurant reservations which is hard for non-Japanese speakers who don't have a local phone number.

Fantastic Hospitality + Amazing Breakfast and Free Happy Hour

The property is located across from a park and a 5 minute walk from the Sinjuku Station (major hub) The rooms and property were beautifully appointed (rain shower, bath Nespresso, electric shades, comfortable bedding etc. The hospitality was wonderful and welcoming. The Fitness center has all the best Techno Gym equipment and Hypervolt station (very cool!) The breakfast and free happy hour upstairs were fantastic.
