Hotel de negócios, bem localizado (cerca de 20 minutos de caminhada do Somerset Mall), bons restaurantes, próximo à rodovia e principais empresas da região de Detroit. Quartos são amplos e limpos. O atendimento é o padrão norte americano, profissionalmente educados.

O hotel é novo os quartos com um bom tamanho, tem microondas, cafeteira e geladeira alem dos produtos de banheiro serem de ótima qualidade (Neutrogena). Tem um bom cafe da manha considerando que é Estados Unidos. O atendimento da recepção hora é excelente horas satisfatório (essa parte daria nota 3 todo o restante nota maxima, 5). Tudo esta incluso (estacionamento, cafe, wifi)

The hotel is extremely clean. the staff is polite and very helpful. Its in the center of attraction. The mall is nearby. The hotel sits surrounded by restaurants. the prices are reasonable too. The hotel has a pool. It is a great place to get away and relax.

Nice new hotel but

Nice new hotel but they don’t have much for breakfast. The breakfast was picked over and they didn’t have a hot egg option. When I was waiting at check in the front desk guy finished up with a lady and ran to another room for a while. About 10 minutes later he showed up to quickly check me in. The water pressure in the facet wasn’t good.

Disappointing. Horrid body odour smell throughout each room.

Hampton is generally a good stay. Unfortunately this was not. Lobby is cramped, service was unwelcoming when checking in. Went to our room and there was an AWFUL gym bag odour permeating the space. We went back down got keys to a new room - and it was the same. Turns out it is the smell of every room (our friends had the same) my husband had to spray his cologne to try to mask the smell. hotel was incredibly loud with a boys hockey tournament that weekend (but I guess not really the hotels fault that those parents don’t teach their kids respect for others- as doors were constantly slamming, kids playing hockey in the hallways etc.) rooms are dated. Bed was reasonably comfortable- pillows not great. Shower and toiletries were nice. There was breakfast included. At this price point I expected more. Honestly more than anything it was the smell. Awful.
