Marriott is usually my hotel of choice. After this experience, however, I am rethinking this decision. This Courtyard was significantly below my standards. I used 3 upgrade nights for a one-bedroom suite for my stay. The “suite” was so dark I thought I was in a dungeon. The view, through dirty windows, was of a white painted brick wall - ten feet away, with huge patches of paint missing. The Internet is basically nonexistent. The so-called Starbucks (not) is only open from 6:30am-9:30am. The lobby is on the second floor and the first floor is not secure in the evening with open access to anyone. I would strongly recommend selecting another hotel. I would not stay in this Courtyard again.

Check-in and out was fast, but located of the second floor of the atlas building. Two older slow elevator service the building. You can get to the front desk by the stairwell located further in the building opposite the elevators. No valet, self service is via public parking ($14.00 night) structure in back of building but they to have a sky bridge to lobby. Free street parking weekends. Lobby is nice for studying or work, complete with billiards table. Small workout center and no swimming pool. Corner room was nice and large. Large clean bathroom with ok amount of counter space. Bed was nice with great pillows, fridge, ok amount of TV channels. Rooms to the front of building are the only ones with any view, taller buildings surround the hotel. Starbuck in Hyatt across street. Would stay here again when in Tulsa.
Staff was great but dark and dank hotel

This hotel is located in downtown Tulsa, which on Sunday night was empty. Places around it are closed. You also need to park in a lot, around the block, and you need to pre-pay for parking. The walkway to get to the hotel from the parking structure overlooks an alley full of trash. Once you enter the hotel it's dark and not well lit. While the front desk staff was friendly the restaurant was closed and there was nothing available for dinner. The room looked old and tired and there is mesh wiring on the windows. This is probably the worst Marriott hotel I have stayed at in years.

The hotel is in the middle of downtown and was somewhat difficult to find with the one way streets and construction. We were not disappointed when we finally found it. The lobby was beautiful. The configuration is sort of wierd as reception is on the 2nd floor. Our room on the 12th floor was a huge corner room but our view was other buildings. There is paid parking around the cornerwhich was pretty empty as it was July 4th weekend.

Check in process was amazing- front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived! Our room was spacious and clean. It was our first time staying at this hotel and would highly recommend this hotel. Will be returning next time I have an event in downtown Tulsa.
