Nice location
Nice location, very good staff, near a lot of restaurants and coffees very nice SPA and hamam not far from Tunisia Mall and shopping center ATM machine about 10 Meter the breakfast is not very good but acceptable over all it’s good and nice hotel
Wonderful SPA
I didn't stay in the hotel, but I have visited the Nuxe SPA for a hammam ritual. It was delightful!!! I was very warmely welcoment at the SPA reception desk. I asked if I might use the pool before my treatment. Not only have I been invited to do so, but I have instantly received all I might have needed: the long chair has been covered with a large, soft towel for me, a fresh towel and a bathrobe have been left together with a bottle of water and a cup of tea. After the swimm I proceeded to the SPA where a very nice and caring lady (unfortunately I have not asked for her name) took a great care of me! The hammam ritual at Nuxe SPA consisted of sauna with boady soaping, good scrub with a kesa glove and a wonderful body wrap (rose scented clay). I was in seventh heaven and will be definately back there soon! After the SPA I had a light lunch in the hotel lobby. There as well the service was superb!

This hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The rooms on the lakeside have an amazing view. Having breakfast outside with a view of the lake was simply amazing. Great and helpful staff was a bonus.
Non-Smoking room with an ashtray
Ended up in this hotel by accident but did not want to change as I was staying only for 1 night. During check-in I asked specifically for a non-smoking room and was assured that my room is a non-smoking room. So far so good. Arrived in the room - the stench of cigarettes was clearly noticeable. In general the furniture was shabby and the overall appearance of the room was very grubby. In addition, the room was next to the elevator - which was extremely noisy when in operation. I packed my bags and went down reception to ask for an exchange. My college who stayed 1 floor below in the same room faced the same problem. Breakfast was a reflection of the standard of the room. Quite frankly, I clearly got the impression that the staff will tell you anything just to shut you up - I will definitely make sure to stay clear of this hotel.

Positives - The room was nice, the bed was large and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a four star level and the staff at the spa kindly let us take our child into the pool in the early evening (although slightly bizarre that children are only allowed in the pool until 11am) Reception were knowledgeable and helpful. Negatives - do not get the "special taxis" that hang around the hotel waiting for gullible tourists. One tried to charge us 30 dinars for a cab ride to the airport, when the real price was 6 dinars! Walk round the corner and hail one. Needs a couple of tweaks to get it to 5 star rather than 4 star level.
