Spent a night at the resort. The room was lovely. The bar next to the beach was a good place to chill. A minus point that the water leaked from bathtub to floor which made bathroom all wet. However, once the staff got to knot abt the issue, they fixed very quickly. Special thanks to Mi, Long, Luan, Huong and Tram Anh.

I had a very comfortable stay at Rosa Alba resort. everything here is great. especially the security guard is extremely friendly and enthusiastic. he always greets us with a smile and guides us to attractions in Phu Yen. Cảm ơn các bạn thật nhiều.

Nice service and delicious food. I took only 2 days but totally satisfied . You not only enjoy swimming pool but also stay on the beach . I was Very happy with their employees. They treated me well, particularly Tra Mi, Vi, Long, Anh, Phi , Hưởng

Good resort with unequal service

Stayed with my family in a 2 storey villa heading directly to the open sea. The villa is beautiful, new and spacious with kitchen, living room, a small swimming pool and 3 bedrooms. There are welcoming fruits as well. Generally the rooms are quite good, except the drainage in the bathroom. I think due to the poor room service it get stucked somewhere and the water is flooded all over the floor. Besides the receptionist required advanced payment instead of deposit which also created a bad feeling when you just arrived. The cart is very old. The swimming pool is small and you must get a tunnel across the road. Though small, it is by the beach and quite interesting. Will try the restaurant tomorrow with more notes.

We had a terrible stay at this nightmare resort. How on earth a self-claimed 5 star resort did not turn on AC and let alone family wtih 2 kids plus 1 infant in terrible summer heat. Managet was ask to turn on AC but íreponsibly ran away without any help. Staff ignore asks from us. Food way so slowly served and not worth in a 5 star. Expect lies from 5 star price but one star service
