Excelente, quartos amplos, todas as facilidades mas cozinha, internet de cortesia rápida o suficiente para atividades casuais. Quarto e roupas de cama e banho bem limpas. Café da manhã fair, área de alimentação boa, e serviços para bastecimentos de itens como água e snacks perfeita.

Breakfast was terrible and had to constantly ask for things to be refilled. Bathroom was dirty. Area isn’t the best and big lack of parking available to guests staying there. No towels at the pool available and wasn’t restocked.

Great property in a great location

Sadell, the front desk manage was welcoming and efficient. The property was extremely clean, offering a spacious lobby and business area. The room was very clean and spacious with a kitchenette and seating area. There was also a sports court, bbq area for guests and of course a pool area. Everything was very well maintained and super clean. There were many restaurants in the area to choose from.

We stayed the nights of 17-19 Mar 22, room 107. Check in was smooth, nice staff. The room layout, and we loved having a kitchen for a 3 night stay. However, the cleanliness was sub-par. Floor and carpet were nasty, wearing white socks for 5 minutes is extremely revealing. Broken shade, and the reverse side of the shade was filthy (like a liter bottle of soda had sprayed on it.) Kitchen trash was full, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There were stains on the bed sheets as well...I will not describe.

So the property is modern and generally clean and pleasing. We were also issued a electronic key quite early, which I thought was quite nice. This may have been part of the problem as it seems there wasn’t a perfect communication between the front desk and the cleaning crew. When were were already in the room, and I was getting changed and brushing my teeth, someone from housekeeping passed by and was surprised to see me. I was a bit surprised too, as the room seemed superficially ready (toilet paper folded, beds made, etc.). Only a few minutes later did I realize that there were several pieces of dog kibble on the floor, spread generously over the carpeted and non-carpeted areas. Like I said, likely a simple miscommunication. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again, but they should work on their communication so that it doesn’t occur again. And, if you stay and get an electronic key early, check the room thoroughly. The breakfast was quite good.
