Pagamento adiantado!
Perto do local existe várias boats e restaurantes.
October half term
Average stay at jury’s inn Newcastle stayed previously however was bit disappointed this time. Hotel was dead only few people staying on our floor. Don’t think anyone was using the lobby and bar. Room was either too hot or too cold. Lobby furniture very dated and some stools ripped. Not a lot of choice in vending machines had to walk to nearby shop. Room Dosent have the best of lighting around mirrors and pillows were very hard not even a mixture or firm and soft couldn’t even bend it round my head. However 2 night stay was good for price and not far from town centre 10 min walk to monument. 5 min from train station. Would pick somewhere different to try next time didn’t feel very safe walking back on a night.
Fantastic customer service!
The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city centre, located near the Arena, not far from the central railway station, Tyne and Wear Metro station and the Life Centre. I stayed here for 2 nights. Every single member of staff here has been friendly, approachable and went out of their way to ensure that my stay has been safe, enjoyable and as comfortable as possible. All safety precautions were in place, with hand sanitiser abailable at key points, safety screens on reception and face covering worn by all staff and guests ( with exception of those who are medically exempt) The room was clean, airy and had everything I needed for my stay. The large kingsize bed was so comfortable with 4 pillows, so I could mix and match to get the most comfortable combination for myself. Due to the current covid restrictions, the food menu has had to be cut back, but there was a good choice available. Breakfast, consisted of a bag of fresh and tasty goodies, left outside my room door by the “ breakfast fairies” ( they were so quiet )early in the morning with a delicious hot bacon/sausage bap available to collect ( ordered the day before) from reception. Evening meals were available in either the bar, to collect, or for a £6 tray charge delivered by room service. I opted to sit in the beautifully decorated bar on my first night ( steak and ale pie with mashed potatoes and side of veg, followed by chocolate brownie), but treat myself to room service on my second night ( haddock and chips with mush peas and tarter sauce ) On both occasions my meals were well cooked, safely and beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Portion sizes were substantial. I was lucky enough to wake up early and witness the sunrise from the 7th floor.... so beautiful! Downsides.... there is slight road noise, but being in a city location it is to be expected. All in all a really good stay.
