Awesome service from Coach House Hotel.

We had a fantastic romantic getaway for our anniversary. The hotel was clean and beautiful. It was quaint and quiet. The food was incredible made by their new Chef Boulden. Their hostess Blessing was so warm and friendly. As a Queer couple we felt respected and we weren't even given a side glance. The waitrons were all very friendly and professional. Great service.

Worst spa in South Africa. Speaker faulty. We asked them to stop playing music. They ran out of disposable panties.Bathrooms dirty. Showerheads needs to be replaced. Seemed like only one of beauticians had official training.Apparently no nail polish available. They insisted on gel instead. Looked awful and lifted within 3 days. Wasted 2 hours on nails.1 hour massagess were done in 30 minutes. Horrible experience! After treatment one beautician ran after us to ask what amount we paid for the 6 hour spa day.??? Total waste of time and money!

We have stayed 5 times in the past 18 months and The Coach House has improved every time. After a tough couple of years for the tourism industry, the manager and her fantastic team have put in a huge effort. The rooms have been painted and upgraded, the gardens are magnificent and the heated pool and spa are a great asset. The food is top-notch. It has been a joy to watch this place being returned to some of its former glory, whilst resolutely remaining relaxed, friendly and affordable. Thanks to everyone.

The staff were very friendly and also helpful (Annah @ reception and bra T in the dining area ) They also accommodated my toddler. The room, bathroom, bedding, towels etc were always clean. I can't emphasise enough how comfortable the bed was. The scenery is second to none. Overall Coach House Hotel Tzaneen was the perfect choice for my family getaway. 😌

Lovely setting and spacious rooms and views. This is second time that we visit the hotel and both times we found the dining quality and services to be substandard for a 3 star hotel. We visit the area twice a year for short breaks and would rate this accommodation at the bottom of our list of preferred holiday spots. We will obviously avoid the place in future.
