Reservation Team was Horrible

I made a reservation for January 31 - 2 via Booking.com, I made a reservation via booking. Com because the property says "No Credit Card Needed to book", I chose this method because I don't have a credit card. I made 2 reservations 1 x 3 bedroom villa and 1 x standard room, It was confirmed and I got a hotel voucher from that villa and room in my email. after a while there was a confirmation message that came through the Booking.com App Chat, they said my booking was confirmed and they asked me to provide a credit card, Again I mentioned I don't have a credit card I only have cash And I want to pay all bills when I check-in there I also ask If I make a Cash Payment at check-in is my booking still valid They answered "Yes you can, payment can be made at check-in but they need my contact number and ID card". I sent all data and all was cleared. 1 day after I got an email from them saying "I have to revise my booking from 1x 3BR villa to 3x standard room because yesterday they just sold my room to a new customer ... If we don't want to revise they want me to cancel the booking, I've argued with reservation staff why she sold the room so easily, I insisted I wouldn't cancel my booking because I booked the room first and they gave me a solutions (actually it's really a disaster solution they offer) they asked us to stay in a different villa or They allowed me to stay in their villa which is in bad condition (The roof is leaking and I can't complain about the condition of the room). The reservation staff (Nita) was underestimated me because when I insisted on staying in their villa I would complaint again at the villa just to get the free benefits of the hotel and their management which it never crossed my mind to do so. If at the beginning she said I had to prepay first, maybe it wasn't like this. I decided not to stay there because of the very poor service she showed before my stay .. she underestimated me because she need to covering her fault.. I wish the management will trained the staff more to reduce the problem like this. Rgrd, D.W

Such as a fantastic view and incredible service. Made poen and his super team are just amazing hotelier. They gave us unforgettable hospitality . The other facilities are clean, the genuine people in the village are friendly too.Thank you and we definitely will be back again.

Stay two night Here was a Good experience. The place i thing is in the center of the Village. Price is suitable,Quiet, exelence for relaxs with nature. Close with many destination in Ubud. Only the parking is bit out.

It's a great place for you to enjoy your quite moment, friendly staff, clean room, delicious meal and fresh air. It just that they don't have parking area. Far from the city, but again if you want to have some quite moment its a great place to be.

if you want to find a place for a rest and privite time with your love one, i think this is correct place. over all me and my sister enjoyed our holiday in here with the food & facilities. the food like yummy italian pizza and some of western food u can enjoyed it in your room or u can eat while enjoying the swimming pool view or garden. From ngurah rai international airport went to alam sembuwuk ubud resort, it takes 2 hours and the main road trip is extremely enough to ride on while use motorcycle, it's better if u coming here rent the travel car from local (kuta) /ubud before and did not use grab or gojek because at ubud and here. u can enjoyed the nature sound frim. morning to the night, so better u bring kayu putih oil and sereh oil to avoid small bugs. watch out your bedsheet and request to clean up your room every day to enjoy your holiday. i was enjoying the yoga class too but u have make appointment 1 day before u joint the next day, and the class is free. U can also request romantic dinner with your love one and have the flower ♥ around you.
