Absolutely amazing! I have read some really great reviews about this hotel and I was a bit sceptic first….I mean how good can it possibly be? But….It definitely lives up to the hype. This hotel has everything and more. From the moment I got picked up from the airport (thanks to lovely Ketut Citra) to arriving midnight, staff was so amazing and service minded. The massive hotel room was beautiful, the details, fruit bowl in room, bottled water (they refilled twice every day), bed so comfy and big, quiet (could not hear the outside noise). Amenities such as breakfast included, free shuttle to Ubud town centre, afternoon tea etc. again the details! If I have to chose one thing that makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They were incredible, knew us all by name, did everything and more to make us feel welcome. When my friend got sick they drove us to hospital and helped us with anything we needed. Location is a few minutes drive from Ubud centre but still central enough to get “Ubud” vibe. Great restaurants and buzz around the corner but then you come back to a quiet oasis The drivers at the hotel were also amazing, shout out to Ketut and Yoga. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I'm a bit sad I cannot put 6 stars on this one... I also regret not booking more nights upfront, as I had to move to a "better place" according to Booking, but find myself regretting Sabana So, in short : very well placed, a little removed from the road and quite close to the restaurants and shops Internet was good enough to allow me to play PvP in real time, room was exceedingly clean and comfortable and I must say I find myself in a position where I cannot complain about anything, except that my stay was too short. I'm also missing the smiles and the afternoon tea. And the bed. Basically I want to go back 😅 note : breakfasts until 11am, a shuttle to bring you to the farthest parts of town, and more than anything the welcome is excellent. Will book again 😁

Great hotel. Location is 20 min walk from the centre but they will drop you and pick you up from anywhere in Ubud. The staff are really friendly. The rooms are big with wonderful showers. The roof top bar is ideal for a sunset drink. Can’t recommend enough

10000% satsisfied for all aspects. Price was cheap (about USD 50 per room per night) so didn't have a high expectation. But all facilities are so fantastic, all staff are so kind, breakfast looks so good and delicious, located in good accessibility to Ubud area... Will surely revisit here for next Bali trip.

5star! Perfect stay and definitely would visit again, great location everything was nearby. Beautiful pool and very clean. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Can’t wait to go back! Adam, Sabine,Dave,Anna xxxxxxxxxxxxx
