Short stay at Udaipur on our road trip...

stated for 2 nights at the newly built property built on a hill top viewing the Udiapur city and its famous Lake. Very comfortablenstay with great hospitality at reasonable cost. The staff was generally courteous and helpful. The main building has reception, restaurants, pool , spa while three are 3 Blocks A,B,C up on the hill side accommodating rooms... all facing the lake.

What a magnificent property overlooking the lake. Exceptional management and service by Mr Kamal Singh. Would definitely recommend this to anybody and special mention Mr Singh. He was extremely helpful and helped me plan and execute the perfect surprise. Coming back here very soon!

Money comes first for Aurika Udaipur!

I feel CHEATED by Aurika Udaipur. I am NRI and visited India in Dec. Before my visit, I booked 2 rooms for two nights in Aurika Udaipur. But unfortunately my mother became serious and was admitted in ICU on ventilator. So we informed Aurika Udaipur 1 day before our visit, they agreed over call that they won't charge us as any amount considering medical emergency However, the amount suddenly got deducted inspite of their assurance that they won't charge. I kept following up with them, even provided a proof from Airtel call records of the call made to them. Provided them medical records of my mother but unfortunately money comes first for them and not customer service or any consideration on humanitarian ground. They didn't hear anything and they robbed my money. Was not at all convinced with covering up approach of GM.I consider this as worst experience in my life. Such experiences are lessons for life!

We stayed at Aurika, Udaipur from 08.03 to 13.03.2023. The Property is UP THE HILL. On 3 Floors. Awesome View of almost entire city of Udaipur including Sajjangarh Fort, Pichola Lake and Fatehsagar Lake. The Ambience, Hospitality, Customer Service is too good. The Room Sizes are Huge. The Amenities are out of the World. Food Quality is Tremendous. The Staff especially Bhanu, Shivmani, Kavya, Sanjay, Rishi, Kushal and almost ALL are Too Good. Special thanks to Shahrukh, the Chauffeur. And above all, the GM Kamal Singh who leads from the front in all respects !!!!!!! KUDOS and Hats off to the Whole Hotel Staff and the leader Kamal Singh !!!!! Had a great time and out of the World experience of staying up the Hills !!!! Keep it up Lemon Tree and Aurika !!!!!! Best hotel I stayed in India

I loved this hotel. Facilities and service are incredible. The spa experience was fantastic. But the best part was my tour with a car and driver from the hotel. Shahrukh khan was incredible!!! He went out of his way to make sure we could see and do everything we needed. He gave me and my mom the best experience in India. Thank you so much!
