Ficamos no final de outubro/16 neste hotel. Uma ótima localização, em frente tem várias lojas, fica próximo da estação de trem e o quarto era confortável e banheiro bom. Piso aquecido no banheiro, quarto sempre quentinho. Voltaremos!

Excellent hotel with great staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, they gave great service even in the middle of the night. Free parking is close to the place, in addition there are quite a few large shops including a supermarket. A rich and delicious breakfast. fair price. Highly recommended

Rude receptionist, no air conditioning in the room, very noise location

I don't know what was wrong with the receptionist. Maybe he has a very conflicting behavior, maybe he is always very angry on himself. I dont know. On arrival the receptionist already had words with the people who left. Something went wrong and the guests were making complaints. He argued against and the atmosphere was very embarrassing. I thought is just an accident. But the situation happened again each time when this guy was at the reception. We have stayed there one week in the summer. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. So, was barely hard to sleep during the hot nights in Ulm. The Hotel is next to a very busy road.

I would have given this hotel a 5 but the parking situation means it gets marked down slightly. The hotel is really nice with big rooms, decent showers and lots of extras like free bottled water and fruit in the room. The breakfast is fantastic with plenty of choice and it is all good quality. The big downside is it is one a busy road and the parking is an open parking lot a hundred metres down the road past Aldi. I wouldnt be happy at leaving an expensive car there all night.

It was really a very nice surprise because looking from outside we did not expect to get such good accommodation inside. Our hotel room was quite spacious with a comfortable double bed and a nicely equipped bathroom. Breakfast was very good with a decent coffee. A free hotel parking was over 100 meters away but it was possible to stop a car near hotel to unpack our bags. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. They gave us some guidelines for finding the shortest way to the city centre (some 20 minutes walking).
