Don’t come here…it SUCKS. No internet, all the TV’s don’t WORK

The internet SUCKS…you can log on…then seconds later your logged out. Every time I’ve been here. The T.V’s don’t work. They scramble, and you can never get a clear picture on none of the channels. You complain and they say..” we will put a ticket in”

Not clean. Gave us an occupied room!

As someone else said, they gave us a room that someone was staying in. Horrifying! Luckily the people weren’t there but it doesn’t make me feel very safe. They moved us to a room with a broken box spring so the bed was lopsided. Dirty pillow cases. Stained couch. Falling-apart office chair. A total mess.

Awful! First room someone was already using it. Got new room. Everything was fine until around midnight a couple walked into our room. With two sleeping children I was not happy. Night front desk lady was rude saying she was on vacation for two days so she doesn't know what's going on and seemed to brush off my concern. I will never return.

Hotel is in very poor condition, Manger is very rude and seemed unknowledgeable of the operations of running a hotel, breakfast was sparse, and crappy people off the street were playing gambling machines in the lobby.

Manager was helpful and engaged in the proper training of staff. I've found this attribute often lacking in many establishments. The good: Huge room with modern amenities and kuerig coffee maker. Very comfortable. Decent exercise room and sausage and eggs at breakfast. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Price was an amazing value. The bad: Public gambling machines in the lobby is weird. Different machines in the laundry were out of order. You need special permission to enter the pool area. In spite of the minor negatives, our overall experience is good +.
