O hotel é muito bem localizado (próximo ao shopping e estação). A limpeza é impecável, o quarto é confortável, o Wi-fi funciona bem, o atendimento é cortez e o restaurante oferece boas opções para quem gosta de comida japonesa . Fiquei muito satisfeita com tudo!

SO SAD.This is not right!!!!My belongings were missing after the house keeper cleaned the room. I told the hotel but the manager, Mr. Tawaraya said we could not find it so we COULDN'T return your item. 仕事で連泊していて1日目の室内の掃除が入った後、持ち物がないことに気づきました。問い合わせると確認するとのこと、使いかけの化粧品が戻ってきてお気に入りの新品同様の2枚のお顔拭きタオルはリネンにあるかもとのことで、、（本当はホテルのリネンで洗われたタオルなどもういらない！！）結果、ないとのこと、とホテルマネージャーから言われた。よって、新しいものとの交換も送り返すこともできないと。酷すぎませんか。これって窃盗です。こんなホテルに安心して泊まることはできないと思います。この対応って酷すぎませんか。

Richmond hotel has a lot going for it : friendly service, comfortable beds, a nice japanese breakfast. I only wish the latter included some fruit. Coffee could be better too, and the bathroom a bit more modern But it is close to the station, rewards you with a 500 JPY card that can be used in convenience stores each time you elect to skip room cleaning. A solid choice.

Walking distance from railway station. Very quiet, comfortable. Comfortable rooms. Very quiet, I did not hear any train! Many restaurants around. Breakfasts are basic, buffet style, either continental across the street in annex or japanese style in main building

2018 Business Trip 1 Week

Stayed here for one week on a business trip mid December 2018. Rooms are very clean, staff was very nice and pleasant. They included a Japan cell phone for use during the week(I used it for navigation purposes to save data on my phone). My room was a single with a full size bed. Laundry room is on the 6th floor. Be sure not to stuff them or your clothes will not dry. The washer require no soap, it is all included. Just put money in the machine. This is my second time here, I would definitely stay here in the future. It is also very close to the train station as well.
