Um hotel muito aconchegante com várias opções de quartos. Escolhemos um chalé com dois quartos grandes, uma sala banheiro, varanda e lareira. Gostamos muito da qualidade do serviço e atendimento do hotel. O restaurante fica ao lado de uma linda Cachoeira e conta com pratos elaborados excelente atendimento, vale a pena curtir a cidade e jantar no hotel, contemplando a Cachoeira. O hotel conta com uma piscina aquecida de bom tamanho e uma bela área verde. É uma ótima escolha para relaxar e curtir a família.

Espetacular a queda, muito bonito, vale o passeio. Recomendo levarem algum lanche para comer por lá, e uma caminhada boa até a cachoeira. Levar também protetor solar e off, a região tem muitos mosquitos.

Great experience albeit some issues

Came for a couple of days to get away from the city. Had a room outside the main hotel which was nice until it rains (several times a day every day). The staff and service was on point, diligently ready to help when needed. Lobby and room were very clean. However, there were some issues. The room's bathroom leaked from the ceiling window when it rained, leaving an accumulation of a puddle near the sink. The lack of wifi (no wifi was available outside of lobby area) made it hard to check emails and do some night work as the lobby's internet was inconsistent - continuously disconnecting. Cellular service was also rare in the room. Also, the gym only has three pieces of cardio equipment (two of which were broken) and no free weights. This is truly a place to disconnect from the world. Despite the negative issues, overall it was a great visit. The daily food menu had a decent variety and most of what I ate tasted delicious. The various adult drinks and other beverages also complemented the meala nicely. The heated pool was a great. The waterfall is a great appeal and adds to the natural ambience, which you can hear throughout the whole area. The spa has a decent price as they serve you tea to prep you for this relaxing element.

They nicely offered to move us to a room with a view of the waterfall. The service and food was good. After we checked out and went paragliding, we came back for the restaurant. Carlos Sosa knows what he's doing. We recommend the alfredo.

This place is magical everything was amazing!! Service was on point, José Luis and Noel really made our experience feel better than home :) having breakfast in front of the waterfall is priceless. This place made us feel we were in nature and help us relax with all the stress life brings to us. Thank you!!!
