Antigo
Sorry to say this place was NOT for me :-(
From the second I walked into the lobby, I was disappointed in this hotel :-( All furniture had been removed from the lobby - I know that in these Covid times, for the most part, we aren't to sit on communicable furniture... but I'd rather see signs on the furniture saying 'please refrain from sitting here' rather than an EMPTY lobby. The lobby floor was dirty as while my husband checked us in (with a gentleman who had zero personality/customer service), I glanced down to see lots of hair and - and earwig crawling along :-( We had a room on the first floor and while we walked through the long, dark hallway, all I saw was crap all over the carpets. They clearly hadn't been vacuumed in days and I could feel my face just squinching up into one of those looks like: "it's icky in here :-( " Shortly after getting to our room, I DID hear someone vacuuming outside out room - and all I can is this....get a new vacuum that actually picks up stuff. While I appreciated the hard floors as opposed to carpet, my first impression of the hotel certainly dimmed any redeeming qualities of the room. The bright, white light at the sink was pretty harsh, the plug on the sink wouldn't raise to properly drain the water so we had to spit in the toilet when brushing our teeth, the outlet under the desk didn't work so I wasn't able to use the lighted mirror I'd brought. It was just an all-around uncomfortable feeling for both my husband and me. I woke early the next morning to hear my husband showering (in the tub wearing his flip flops) and the first thing he said to me was, 'let's get ready and get outta here'. I will say that the gal who checked us out (we only stayed one night, thankfully) was professional and courteous. I thank her for that - but we will NOT be back.
I would NEVER take my family
Sign outside says "no mask, no service ". NO ONE except for me wore a mask. Took pictures and was actually threatened. Sorry but rules are rules. Especially when you post signs that are meant to relax you. Room wasnt near sanitized and had to use my own Lysol wipes as they would not provide them. The worst Quality Inn I've ever seen.

Well, for starters, I checked into a room and air conditioning didn't work, also this was handicap room and I'm not a handicapped person. When I requested a different room I was told because I booked through Priceline they can't move me. This is a common lie and policy hotels like this have basically punishing you for booking 3rd party. I stay in hotels a minimum of 110 nights year and always book 3rd party for a better rate, and Im often put into the worst rooms they have due to not booking directly. This was no exception. The lady working the front dest was rude and refused to move me to a room with working A/C telling I could talk to the manager the next morning. I did eventually get moved after she spoke with the manager over the phone. The room was ok other than the sink didn't drain all, the toilet won't fully flush...ever. I'll choose a different hotel next time. For the money the Marriott is a better choice.
