Pena o cilindro da agua não chegar para 2 banhos. No segundo banho a àgua começa a sair fria. O Ar condicionado também não funcionava bem. De resto tudo bem. Pequeno almoço, funcionários, comodidade do quarto.

hotel maravilhoso. super bem decorado, atendimento maravilhosos, quarto espaçoso e muito bem decorado. café da manhã um capítulo a parte, variedades de pão, sucos e muito leite e derivados. localização privilegiada na escadaria de Valetta

Not enough hot water, but good location and friendly staff

The reason I am rating this lower is for one thing: not enough hot water for more than a 2 minute shower. Seriously. I timed it. I even woke up one morning at 4:30 AM, thinking I would beat everyone else. Nope. This is a developed country in Europe, there is no excuse for insufficient hot water. Minor complaint: The shower grout was filled with black stuff that was either mold or missing grout. I wasn't getting close enough to find out. Internet speed was around 20, but it would randomly shut off at least once a day. Would be a pain if you were in a work meeting. Hotel itself is in a good location. You're within a 5-10 minute walk of great restaurants. Also 8-10 minutes from the bus station. Bed was OK. There was only one pillow and it wasn't that soft. Towels were usually slightly damp, likely from hang drying. They were big though. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided but they are teeny tiny bottles. Breakfast was good. Selection of hot and cold food. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always helpful!! I want to move up to a 3.5/5 just for the staff.

Fantastic hotel - perfectly situated in the heart of Valletta, beautiful rooms (well sized and very well decorated) and really great staff (super helpful and friendly). Breakfast was provided and was satisfactory. Highly recommend a stay here.

Excellent stay in a great location

I had a really comfortable stay here, just felt at home. The hotel is pretty trendy, bed was super cozy and the breakfast is delicious. They provided a dressing gown and slippers, and having the nespresso machine in the room was great! They let me check in about 1-2 hours early which was very much appreciated after a 3am start. The location is excellent, around the corner from busy streets and the harbour. Under 10 mins walk to the ferry terminal to Gozo and to the bus terminal. A few doors up there is really fun live music on Fri and Sat nights at a restaurant and its 3 mins walk to Upper Barrakka gardens. Only negatives were that the safe in my room didnt work and wasn’t attended to even after asking a couple of different people to help. They replaced my towels every day which was unnecessary. Watch out for charges, I was charged for some snacks and not others and not for the water.
