Small space and look out for you stuff

We had a group visit in this hotel where we stayed 3days, the only good thing about this hotel was the food and maybe the black interior design. Otherwise, the rooms were too small on the 3rd floor you couldn't open the wardrobe, there was an option to put a card on the door if you want the room attendants to clean your room. We did that but our room was never cleaned, even though all we needed was only new clean towels. Also because we visited when the weather was cold, the rooms weren't heated before so we had to wait the AC to work and sit down in our jackets till that happen cuz the AC was so slow and it was still so cold in the hotel. There is a glass window where you if you take down the curtains you can see the other one having a bath which is maybe good for couples but not for friends. And on the top of everything if u forget something in your hotel room have in mind that you won't have it back. I guess the room attendants are the ones who are immediately getting the things from the room so you cannot have a proof that they stole it. All in all this 2 stars are only bcs of the location, food and karaoke possibility because of microphones you can use for free in the conference room

Hotel is situated in the centre of the city. The hotel is quite gloomy and dark when you enter. Mostly the front desk is empty. The rooms are on the 2ND floor, quite small, quite new, aircon, sat.tv, "doublebed" is 2 single matresses, uncomfy pillows, good wifi. I had a balcony room, which was so small that you couldnt really use it. Minifridge, kettle and tea (no coffee and no restocking). Small bathroom with shower, with no waterstopper, floor gets flooded when taking a shower. Toiletries upon arrival (not restocked every day). There is quite a lot of noise, door slamming and shouting. Breakfast was included and served at the 1st floor restaurant, you actually only have 1 choice of "english breakfast", as I dont eat meat in the morning, I had scrambled eggs, stale break, some sticks of cheese and some paste which I dont know what was. The "cappucino" was hot milk with some kind of caramel (it was not coffee). I did not feel welcome in the restaurant, service was indifferent, not really a place which cares. I gave up on the 2nd day and went to the neighbour cafe Strada which had lovely coffee, they even seemed interested to serve it :-) Seems like this place is a family enterprice which has an idea of "international" but has no idea of what they are doing, and not much sense of service. But they do know what to charge you, and I can say for me it was not worth the money. Did this hotel offer contactless check-out? Well yes, there were nobody in the reception :-)

Chambres neuves, confortables et propres. Le gros problème est le bruit assourdissant de la musique du restaurant: au deuxième étage, on avait presque le même volume sonore qu’au restaurant situé au-dessous. L’accueil et l’infrastructure laissent aussi à désirer: pas moyen de joindre la réception au téléphone, une journée entière sans eau chaude, deux petits rouleaux de papier WC pour 4 personnes, pas de wifi dans les chambres mais seulement dans les escaliers et à la réception. L’accueil au restaurant est aussi moyen: assis une heure sans que personne ne vienne prendre votre commande…
